It also makes suction noises after rising from a lying down pose. I wonder if others in the class think the noise sounds like one of our natural body functions.

This mat allowed me to get through an entire practice with no pain, even when placed directly on my hardwood floors. It ’s cushy yet very supportive. My only complaint is that the material attracts EVERYTHING. After my practice I can see every hair, piece of lint, dust and everywhere my dry winter skin touched the mat. I know you are `` supposed '' to wait to `` air it out '' but I could n't. I hopped on and practiced. it felt great.
