I 've owned many pairs of the original Stretch Zion shorts and now have moved to the new version. The new Stretch Zion II is has a few changes, but in my opinion, they are still a great pair of shorts. The minor changes like the plastic button and the new fabric still work fine and did n't bother me. Going to the plastic button from the metal one only took a few times of wearing them to get easier to button. The new fabric is still super soft and comfortable but has a sort of shine to it when the light hits them just right. Not a big deal for me. The things that make these my favorite shorts are the comfortable fabric, the adjustable waist band, the color options, and the different pockets. They are also very versatile, I can wear them for activities like hiking and also to a nice restaurant. I own multiple pairs because I wear them all summer.

I love this version of the Ferrosi shorts. I have spent far too much time and money trying to find shorts that met my expectations. These are durable, fit well, and are made of material that is light and stretchy. I do n't overheat in these and they do n't seem to constrict my movement. My only request would be for rear pockets and maybe another belt loop or two, but I understand why the pockets were left off this version as well. Overall, these are great quality shorts. I own several pair in different colors and they are always the first shorts I reach for when I have a choice.

These shorts are awesome. True to size and the stretch waist in the back gives you so much freedom of movement. I 've been using these primarily as a mountain bike short with a chamois liner underneath. The length is great as it comes down to my knee pads. The Ferrosi material is the right durability and weight for long rides. I like them so much the second pair are on their way to me now!

I travel quit a bit and wanted a pair of shorts that I could work out in, trail run, swim in, etc. Also wanted something that would dry quickly. These are great for that. I generally wear a shorter inseam specifically or trail running, but this inseam was a more modest and `` everyday comfortable '' approach. Got the shorts with the AirShell Hoody and together they 're a great combo. Would recommend as a all purpose trail short.

Other than a quite steep price, I quite like the shorts. Quality materials and construction, especially the zipper `` handles ''. You can zip the fly and side pockets with one hand, which is nice. I 'll use these for everyday summer shorts and summer foreign travel. Material seems to repel stains well.

I bought these because I like how the inseam is longer than women's shorts. I absolutely love these, they are my go- to hiking shorts. Love how comfortable they are, how they are quick to dry and the drawstring waist. I 'd say they run true to size, I am between a M and L in women's sizing and the Mediums in these fit perfectly with still room to move.
