[ Normally these types of shorts aren ’ t my favorite because they ride up and they end up being too tight and see through. They passed the see through test!!! I ’ ve purchased other brands and would have to wear double the shorts just so that I didn ’ t have to worry about everyone seeing my under garments. These don ’ t ride up so I ’ m not pulling them down every 5 seconds and they are comfy around the waist band. That ’s also a big factor in my shorts. I would say though I kinda wish it did have a pocket on the side for my phone for running. But I can always make up for it with a cross body bag. Love them! I do cycle, strength, cardio, Zumba and yoga and these work for every fitness class, every move. I do have to adjust them, pull them down the leg or up at the waist here and there, but minimally. I have the sapphire/bright blue, gorgeous color! and this 8- inch version is the perfect length for my 48- yr old muscular legs, and covers the more dimpled parts that appear every day as I “ level up ” in age, that I don ’ t want anyone else seeing. I used to love the below the knee Jordan shorts, but that ’s not what ’s in anymore. I ’ ve been a big fan of 5in mesh shorts but the men ’s Jordan shorts have still been a little too long for me. These are 4in and are a little shorter than I ’ m used to but they fit great! The only drawback I see is the small pockets. I have the pro max phone and that sticks out of the pocket. But they fit great and look great.
