It was difficult finding a foldable bench, and at a good price. This bench is a bit bulky when folded, but is very sturdy, stores away easily( under the bed if you have about 9 inch clearance?), and I have no big complaints. Very well padded. Pins when putting them in have to align just right- it doesnt exactly stop at the right spot. But it's not really an issue.

I have used this bench for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. It is the perfect size for keeping it out of the way when not used. I do not have a lot of extra space, so it gets folded after each use and put away. I was a little hesitant about buying this at first because of some reviews of taller people and the benches stability, but I have no issues after using it. I am six feet tall and find the bench to be more than adequate, if I sit down right at the end of the bench. I still have a couple of inches before my head would not be on the bench, so I still have room to move around on it. I also like the fact that the bench is not super wide. This way I am not restricted by the bench when I want the dumbbells to go lower than my chest, for a deeper stretch of the arm muscles. The other issue was whether or not it would be stable. I find this to be more than stable. I have had no issues with this bench being unstable. It is very stable. The only way that I could see that this would be a problem is if I lifted heavier weights than I am able to control, which is not recommended and not safe for you or the bench. I am 100 percent happy with this product and highly recommend this bench to anyone who wants a versatile travel or packable bench.

I looked at a lot of reviews prior to making this purchase. It was very easy to follow the assembly instructions, all the hardware was properly marked and I had it together in about an hour. I set everything out, and took my time following the instructions carefully. It is very well built, the welds are great, the sturdiness is reassuring, and the quality is awesome. In the$ 200 range for Olympic benches, this one is hard to beat! The incline setting could not be easier. If you are looking for a great intermediate, Olympic bench, look no further.

[ I bought this bench during Covid and it is actually incredible. Very sturdy and durable and with the added preacher attachment, and leg curl/leg extension attachment, it adds so much more. The bench gets some getting used to with exact positioning for the leg attachment but once you got the knack, it ’s incredible! The only drawback is that it does take up a good amount of space so when trying to bring the bench up to a cable machine to do lat pull downs, the front bottom of the bench was too long for an effective positioning. I have been using this unit at our gym for over a year, then bought my own. Only three exercises, one of which does the same thing as a Roman Chair, which is crucial for the lower back; it is called Hyper Extension. If you can not do this for your lower back, those discs will get worst than they are. If you can not do this at least twice a week, skip it.
