I love the extended neck and adjustable bungee cords, this is going to provide me with plenty of warmth without having to wear a scarf or layer up. Ca n't forget about the large kangaroo pocket for your hands to escape the chill or pack full with gym essentials. The one thing I would add to this hoodie is another adjustable bungee cord at the bottom of the garment, that way I may adjust the crop to my liking. I love love love this hoodie and you will too!!

I LOVE the Calia Women ’s Cold Dash 1/4 Zip. I got the black in the medium size. I normally wear a small but the description said it is fitted, which it is, and I didn ’ t want a tight fit. This fits me exactly the way I want it too. It is nicely tailored but not skin tight. I am 5 ’ 6 ” and about 128 pounds. Previously, my favorite athletic 1/4 zip jacket was a black one with a back pocket that holds my phone. I had looked everywhere, unsuccessfully, for another until now. This jacket has a very nicely placed pocket in the back that holds my phone very comfortably during my daily morning 2 to 3 mile walks. The jacket also has reflecting lines on the back that serve their purpose when needed but still look fashionable at all times. One more thing worth mentioning is the nice long sleeves with the thumb hole…. perfect for cooler mornings when I may choose to use them. The sleeves are plenty long for my long arms. The outside of the fabric is smooth and the inside is like a French Terry feel, not quite fleece- like but very cozy. The Nike logo is small, but noticeable. The overall look is long and slimming and I found it to be very flattering. I washed and dried the hoodie per the washing instructions and it came out every bit as soft. I did n't notice any shrinking. Overall it's a great basic wardrobe piece. I thought it looked equally cute with leggings and joggers or with jeans. Probably the only thing I 'd change is the size of the pockets, I usually like to put my phone in my jacket pocket and this one was a little small for that.

I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

This coat is everything from the well- designed color- blocking to the gender neutral olive colorway to the tonal grid pattern to the zippers to the elastic cuffs( so much easier for ski gloves than the traditional velcro) to the extreme warmth. I prefer an oversized fit so while I 'm 5 ft. I bought the L. Would 've loved a slightly longer style option but other than that, no notes. It's perfection.

[ This jacket is warm but not super puffy which I like. The length is perfect for keeping your butt warm but not long enough to limit your stride. The extended cuffs with thumb holes keep cold air out. Pockets are nice and deep with zippers. I will say that the XS is much more flattering, but my arms feel restricted when moving around, and the Small feels much better, but looks loose. I still went with the Small.

I got this for an upcoming trip to Ireland. I am 5' 1 '' and a size 25 waist but I got a size S so I can still wear sweaters underneath. It's so cute and exactly what I was looking for! So far I 've worn it during heavy rain while walking my dog and I stayed completely dry. I like the little flap on the hood so rain does n't get in your face as easily. I like the adjustable waist and hood. I would 've preferred buttons or some other way to secure the front flap as opposed to the velcro but it is n't that big of a deal to me. It feels well made and is warm without making me hot. It does look like a heavier coat because of the insolation but it's pretty light.

This jacket is better in person than it is online. I purchased this specifically for traveling in the fall when there might be periods of rain. I needed a jacket that would provide warmth as well as protection from the rain. I have previously purchased a carhartt jacket with the description of a `` loose fit '' so I was familiar with sizing. I puchased the large and it is a perfect fit. I have to pay attention to measurements and sizing since I have a very full bust. Not only is it a perfect fit, I am also able to wear it over a medium weight hoodie if I should happen to need extra warmth. I tend to `` run cold '' so warmth is always a concern for me. My previous option to tackling the rain in chilly weather, was to wear a down jacket and then put a lightweight rain jacket on top of that. Peeling off the layers became very annoying when wet. This jacket should be a perfect solution for me. I am only 4' 11 '' and although I have short arms, the sleeves on this jacket are just fine. The velcro allows you to adjust how snug you need the wrist opening to be and I am able to adjust it so it provides protection and a comfortable fit. I chose the color black as it just works best for the color palette I gravitate towards. The interior and exterior pockets are great. There is an exterior zip pocket to the left of the zipper on the upper chest area, you will find it where the carhartt logo is located. My phone fits in here perfectly and makes for easy access when needed. The partial elastic at the waist provides a feminine touch and makes the jacket look less boxy. You have the side zippers and snap closure on each side at your upper thigh area if you should need a bit more width to the jacket. This might make it more comfortable when sitting, but for me, as I will be actively walking when wearing the jacket, keeping them zipped and snapped closed will provide more protection from the rain. It is definitely heavier than the packable/stowaway rain jacket I currently have, but as stated, I needed more warmth and not just rain protection. I 'm not terribly `` rough '' on clothing so I anticipate this jacket will last me for quite some time.
