It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. And if you really want to use an app, you can use bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet. The LED control panel counts your calories, distance, pulse, and other things. It's very clear and easy to read. I would recommend it.

I have a leg fracture and my daughter got me this arm bike to get upper body workout. Leg immobile. We had a table to sit it on and legs can fit underneath using bands to help secure. If you have limited space, you 'll find it fits nicely into a corner and is light weight enough to easily move out for use. And last, but not least, is the ease of getting on and off the bike.
