This Manduka mat is really worth the price since it has enough cushioning, not so much that makes one lose balance but good for a head stand. So, I decided I needed a new yoga mat because the one I had was too thick and therefore not easy to carry around. I saw this kit and I thought it was a great price for everything that it came with( but to be honest, I bought the kit for the yoga mat print that I wanted because I already have a strap and the blocks). What a great product! I really do n't understand why people complain that the mat is too slippery. There were times in class, in balance poses that required me to take a foot from the mat that it was actually `` challenging '' to make the mat unstick from my foot, seriously! If I could suggest something, it would be to have two blocks as part of the kit instead of just one considering that many beginner poses that require inversions or balancing might need two blocks instead of just one. But aside from that, I wish I knew about the kit before I purchased my other yoga stuff.

So beautiful, and excellent quality! I bought 6 new double- sided mats of the 4mm and 6mm. I have been IN LOVE ever since they came. Very simple and elegant... the interchangeable quality also adds a great nuance to each class. They have held their own against 5 kids classes a week and many private yoga sessions. Great yoga mat
[ Ok, I LOVE this mat!!! It's very soft and long! The cushion is a lil thick which gives you the support and softness you need but still firm enough for you to workout on. My daughter plays soccer and some times my boys bring it to sit on during the soccer games. I 'm 5 '' 8 and I have plenty of room on this mat! I would most definitely recommend this product!

[ This is a awesome quality yoga mat. It's soft and comfortable to use. Materials are nice and has held up nicely. Previous ones have started coming apart or ripped at the side or ends but this one has held up fantastically.

[ When opening the yoga mat I noticed that it had no odor. Alot of times mats have a chemical odor. I was pleased this does not. I use it for HIIT workouts, yoga and pilates. It is non slip and is very protective on a hard floor. Highly recommend.
