This product works exactly as described. I would have given this 5 stars but the mounting hardware that comes with the item is not worth 2 cents. I went to install and the wall anchors( no lip) actually went all the way through the wall so I just ended up using some wall anchors with a rounded lip that I already had. Setting up a kayak to fish can be challenging. Small spaces, things need to be multi functional. Yak Attack gear is on the cutting edge of what is available for your Yak. It however will take a few outting to dial in your rig. Theses rod holder hold all types of rod reel combos, I use them for fly rods. There is a lot of room within the holder, it would be nice if things were tighter, but rods are are not falling off the Yak even if the boat is flipped over. The Yak tracks Are the best in the business. and their anchor setup is the only way to go. Dicks needs to carry the full line of products in all stores.
