I was having a tough day, it was windy and overcast so I put a 1/32 weight in its nose and placed the hook just in front of the fin facing to the tail thinking when a bass ate it I would set the hook in the roof of the mouth. Great action and features. The bait has great action especially when chopping and the bait doesn ’ t blow out at higher speeds. It ’s more of a Shad shape so it doesn ’ t have a huge “s ” motion but great to throw around cover and docks. Nice finishes on these baits and durable so far.

When it comes to fishing for bluefish in northern New Jersey, it ’s hard to find plastics that can last more than one bite from a yellow eyed devil dog.
