Adrenaline has been my go- to shoe for the past 17 plus years. Marathon days are over but using for daily walks and light jogging now. Initially tried this shoe on a few months ago very briefly when we were out and about and thought it felt a little tighter than previous models. Recently purchased a pair and after a brief break in period, I loved the shoe, and it is right on par with the previous models of the adrenaline that I really liked( especially the 22's& 23's) with a tad bit more cushioning( which my aging body needs) and the stability that we expect from the shoe. Definitely recommend.

I love the Adrenaline GTS 24 shoes but they only last me 4 to 6 months tops. I may just be hard on shoes though. I do like these and they are comfortable. The Beast line seems to last longer for me though. It's just that the Beast shoes do n't have a lot of color options.

My last two pairs of shoes have been the Adrenaline21 so this was a step forward for me( pun intended!). Instantly felt both familiar and comfortable. I love the colour way of Zephyr Blue Coconut- just the right amount of pop! It ’s going to take me just a bit to get used to the slightly different laces- they are flat and don ’ t have as much stretch in them as the 21s. I run 5 to 10km three times a week on flat roads and these shoes are feeling great- light and supportive.

These shoes are so comfortable!! They 're my go- to for long walks or running. I over- pronate and my flat arches feel so supported in these. I 'm normally a 6W in dress shoes, and the 7W in these fit perfectly, providing wiggle room for my toes. For the 22 model, I had bought the 6. 5W which were not quite big enough( they fit the exact size of my feet without any wiggle room).

I love everything about this shoe, the cushion, the support and the breathable fabric. My only complaint is that I wish the tongue was gusseted. My Hokas are gusseted and I love that the tongue doesn ’ t move. I hope Brooks fixes this problem in future shoes

I purchased two pairs of the Glycerin 21 style in Spring 2025 to supplement my Brooks Ghost 15 shoes, which are no longer available. I wear AFO braces and have found the Glycerin to offer slightly more comfort in the heel because of the outer heel style and perhaps a bit more slope of the sole, heel to toe, than the Ghost. The Glycerin seems slightly more snug across the toe box than the Ghost, although not enough to be uncomfortable. I generally order from the company website because the braces require a size 10 wide and I like color and design choices.

I switched from Adrenaline to Glycerin GTS. I noticed that as much as I have enjoyed my Adrenalines, it was not quite enough padding in the forefoot. I have a bunion remaining on the foot for which I have not had corrective surgery. Glycerin GTS seems to have a slightly widened area where my fifth toe needs it. These are so much better for my feet! I ’ m very grateful.

First let me start off with both my ACL's are torn and never got surgery. I used these for 2 full court games and 1 one half court game and I can say they 're worth the money. I 've had other knee sleeves where they slide down or bunch up.
