Works great and has pretty much everything you need besides leg attachments but can do squat and deadlifts so its not a necessary thing. Overall this Cage is amazing and very sturdy. I am very happy with this purchase. The rope is very thick and the metal connector seems very sturdy. The plastic balls are large and would be great for any size hand. These actually look sturdier than the ones in my commercial gym. I 've only used them once, so far, but I 'm assuming they 'll last. I saw that one reviewer complained that a ball broke off. But everyone else seems happy so I 'm assuming that he got a defective set. Mine seem to be well made.
