Though I am a physician, I am somewhat of a physician skeptic. I had a relatively severe shoulder dislocation and rotator cuff injury in college many years ago. The shoulder has never been the same, but `` tolerable ''. It had been getting worse over the past. year with significant pain, particularly with certain movements. I saw the orthopedic surgeon who recommended shoulder `` re- hab ''( physical therapy) and I was very doubtful that this would help. I read the literature that they provided me, got a set of resistance bands and started doing the exercises several times a week, as instructed. Much to my surprise and delight, my shoulder pain got much better along with my flexibility and functionality. I like everytihng about these sandals. They are comfortable, stable, cushioned with good arch support and are nice looking. I have wide feet with high arches and these fit perfectly. Today I got rained on and my feet did not slip around even though they were wet. My only complaint... why only one color and one style for us wide footed gals?

I purchased the medium bands to try out. What I found was that when added to my bar on my weight rack, the bands adds resistance to a greater range of motion. I'vw since our based the light, Medium and Heavy in pairs and found that they are an amazing add to my bar in my weight training. I thought these bands were gimmickie, and that's not to say they are n't, but definitely not what I 'm using them for. I suffer from far less joint pain after workouts and have been lifting heavier since adding the bands. I highly recommend adding these to your power training.

I really like using these bands for my workouts. They are the best quality on the market. They do have a tendency to snap on me though and when they do- wow the pain is crazy and the immediate bruises last awhile but I would still recommend this brand.
