This ball is a total game changer. Totally better than( insert an amazing feeling here, yes, I know and mean what most of you would insert here) I 've suffered with a pinched nerve in my neck since I was 2 years old due to a car wreck. So far as I can remember, I 've gotten headache from this nerve being aggravated all the time. I 've also have had a bulging disc that is pinching my sciatic nerve for the last 13 years...... this ball takes care of both of them to make than tolerable. The coldness for placing this ball in your fridge is absolutely amazing and lasts a lot longer than a ice pack. This massage roller has a nice weight to it. I especially appreciate its cool, soothing capabilities when I experience my headaches. It feels so good and makes the day more tolerable. I do n't need to call in to work. It's easy to use independently. Maybe a longer handle attachment will become available to get those hard- to- reach spots.

I had been using a water bottle that I froze in the freezer and after a while it would start to leak. But, with this foot roller I 'm able to treat my foot and not have to worry about water leaking all over the place. I have used it hundreds of times without any issues or problems. I bought this as a way to stop lugging the wagon with alllllll the stuff is travel sports moms need for tournaments. We have covered Hercules( “ The Beast ” from The Sandlot) with baseball stickers. He ’s the best companion ever. The bin holds everything I need from snacks to KT tape. We have the cold packs since I hate losing room to ice. I bought this last month for Travel Baseball. It is a 100% upgrade from the large Yeti cooler we used last year. It is much easier for my wife to handle from car to field on her own. With the added outside storage and bins for the inside we have much more flexibility. It ’s pull out handle and sturdy wheels makes it so we can stack chairs, gear and our 5yr old in one trip. I would highly recommend.
