I prefer this style of helmet over the conventional high ventilation ones, namely because of the aesthetics. Size M fits my noggin quite snug and I feel this will protect me. I 've been riding for years without a helmet, and finally realized, `` huh, this is a little dumb to be biking on busy roads without one. Consistent sizing, no hot- spots or areas where the cinch system pinches or stabs my head.
