Sizing is accurate if you do proper sizing- I like that there is no adjustment because it makes it less bulky and it does not affect heading the ball. If you 're looking for a basic matte black helmet, this is it. Purchased the S/M and it fits her head perfectly. Strapping the chin strap in place is a struggle though. Coach suggested leaving the chin strap on at all times and just stretching the strap out( when putting the helmet on. Much easier and quicker this way. The chin strap itself is just an elastic band though.
