These kicks are sick! There is a ton of cushion, and the colorway on these specific shoes was very nice. I am not a runner and wear shoes on a casual basis, but I could see that there is a lot of shock absorption. It may take a little bit of practice walking in these shoes due to the thickness and `` springy '' feel on the sole. I would buy these again!

The cushion it has and the big foam at the bottom really make it feel effortless to run and gives a good springy feeling at every step. I also did love the color it came in orange and white. [ These shoes are everything you would expect and more coming from the higher price tag. For starters, while I did not weigh them, I can confidently tell you that the Pegasus Plus is noticably lighter than the 51. This is likely due to the cushioning setup and the Flyknit upper. With that in mind, the upper is extremely breathable, which prevented me from having a lot of sweat trapped in the shoe after long runs. The tongue was also not a bother to my foot during runs and walks. As for the midsole, the full length Zoom- X foam is extremely bouncy and responsive. While they do not feel quite like carbon plate shoes, they feel tremendously faster than many of my other daily trainers. They make running a 5k much more comfortable and allowed me to shave a few seconds off of my typical time. Even for low intensity walks, the midsole was extremely cushy and made walking effortless. With this squishiness though, the shoes are not the most stable. They are great in that respect for running and walking, but doing plyometric exercises like jumping seemed to highlight some instability. In terms of sizing, the Pegasus Plus fits true to size, although, please note the shoe fits narrower than most neutral shoes I 've used. I by no means have a wide foot, but these shoes fit very snug in the toe box and on the sides. Overall, I am a big fan of this installation of the Nike Pegasus line and I highly recommend them to someone who is looking to pay the extra money for a higher quality, more performance based pair of runners.

[ I just got the Nike Pegasus and they 're insanely comfortable. The cushioning covers my entire sole and honestly feels like I 'm walking on clouds. They 're flexible, easy to move in, and I feel like I could walk the beach for miles. I have wide, flat feet, and the `` W ''( wide) version fits really well and gives extra room. The design is clean and sporty. It's a nice everyday sneaker that looks good with workout clothes or casual outfits. And the fabric feels breathable and lightweight, which makes them comfortable for longer walks or all- day wear. What I like most is the cushioning and support — it really makes a difference for flat feet. I used to wear the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 31 and those were great too, but these feel even better for comfort. I honestly would n't change much, maybe just add even more color options.

For a highly active high school student who spends a lot of time on their feet, these Pegasus 41's are incredible. I originally had worries about them becoming soft, like my shoes from last year, but they are still( comfortably) firm. I have the Pegasus LV8, not the white ones, and they do get a lot of compliments and they are also very hard to lose, but I think that may be partial to the LV8 in the hard to lose point( LV8 are the bright yellow). Highly recommend these shoes, 10/10!

[ The shoes are LIGHT weight. I could barely tell I was wearing them. The materials feel solid, like a well built shoe. I have a slightly wider foot and the shoes had plenty of space. I like the shape of the sole, not too flat and not overly curved. The color scheme is a little plain and I 'm not a huge fan of solid gray but color has no real impact my evaluation. As far as support goes, the sole is cushioned nicely. Its not overly soft but also not super stiff, probably more on the soft side.

I 've worn them for events and when taking off my shoes at the end of the night my feet do n't actually hurt. Switched to Zoom Fly when the first edition came out. The 6 is an absolute game changer. First run out of the box ran about: 30/mile faster than my usual slog without trying to do so. My HR is commensurately higher, but my legs and body feel much easier. Just a tremendous shoe for forefoot or midfoot strikers- would not recommend for heel strikers. I am older and much slower than I used to be but I am enjoying runs more than I have in years.

I love how comfortable and multifunctional they are given I can literally wear them to the gym or a casual day out while the array of fun color options makes them all the more versatile. With that said, this is my first pair of Nike Vomeros. Based on looks alone, this style of shoe probably would not be my first choice given I prioritize fashion over function. However, after wearing them several times while out walking on the trail near my house which is a mix of paved road and dirt, I can say they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I ’ ve ever worn. The sole of the shoe has a ton of foam cushioning with really nice arch support while the entire shoe is super lightweight and stretchy. The tongue is also really thick which allows me to pull the laces tight and not feel them cutting into the top of my foot. I also love that the shoelaces are flat and remained tied! The entire shoe is made of breathable, lightweight material making them the perfect shoe for walking or running. I normally size up by 1/2 a size because I like to have a little extra room for when I wear thick Nike Dri- FIT socks. The shoe however is true to size!

[ My first initial thought once getting the Nike ReactX Pegasus Trail 5 out of the box was the sleek yet stand out design and ALL THAT FOAM. Once getting it on feet it felt as comfortable and welcoming as putting a glove on. This shoe is meant for hiking in mind however it is also just a great overall everyday shoe. Going to to the store, going on a walk at my local dog park or even just a nice change of shoes from my normal Jordan ’s or Dunk lows! The shoe feels well put together overall. At first glance the carbon fiber- esque overlay on the inside middle of the shoe doesn ’ t seem like it would do much but as someone who has wider feet naturally it helped keep my foot compressed and on the bed of the shoe where it should be. As well as keeping the shape of the shoe the same for more wears and longer life span for the shoe. I would have to say my only gripe is the back tabs loop used to more comfortably put on the seems flimsy at first and I did refrain from using it in the worries of ripping or damaging the back. Maybe a thicker loop or removal of the strap for other features or design would be my suggestion. Overrall however I feel extremely fortunate I was able to wear these shoes first hand and try them on. It ’ ll definitely be my contender when it comes to any future hiking, trail or everyday shoe!

These are great. Super light for a running shoe these days in a world of maximalist trainers. My size 13 pair is just over 7oz per shoe. Marketed as a 5k/10k shoe, but I routinely wear them for distances of 10- 15 miles without issue. I 've even done some decent gravel and trail distances in them. I weigh 185 so putting decent energy into my pair. Nice and roomy toe box, super comfy. Not as plush and springy as, say, Vaporfly Next%s, of course, but the light weight and comfort more than make up for that and it's a shoe I tend to reach for first even when doing double digit miles. I have a couple hundred miles on them and they 're still going strong. Wishing they 'd come out with some more subdued colorways similar to the protos instead of the loud oranges and purples and whatever, but I 'm sure in time they will. Best Nike shoe yet, and maybe best recent running shoe from any company.

I do n't run a lot of 5k's. Coming off a half marathon personal best I ran a personal best 10k and was going for the same in a 5k. I usually just run in a pair of my training shoes, but thought a lighter pair would help in a shorter distance. Any excuse for a new pair of running shoes. Out of the box my first thought was amazement at how light they are! My shoe rotation includes the zoomx invincible 1 and 2's, vomero 16's and the brooks adrenaline. None of which are particularly light. First time on my feet the upper felt like tissue paper with a zoomx lower. The upper did not feel flexible. Almost plasticky, but not a major issue. The cushioning felt squishy like I would bottom it out under hard running. First run, they felt fine. Lighter, more nimble than my usual shoes. Cushioning felt adequate for a short distance. Second run felt better. A little more broken in for me or the shoes. Just two 5k runs to check them out before the race. 5k Race day, they felt great. Missed my personal best slightly, but it was 90% humidity so not the shoes fault. Honestly the shoes just disappeared on my feet. I was 24th out of 254 people. So I 'm not the fastest guy out there. 8: 35 miles. Post mortem, the shoes have a total of 10 miles on them. I can see wear on the outsole. Some of it kind of looks like galling. The outsole material feels so soft I do n't expect it to last. Took a picture, but I 'm not sure if the wear will show. Post mortem, my feet are a little more sore than typical post race. Reasonable to expect given the reduced cushioning for the lighter weight. A fair trade. I will keep these shoes for 5k races and a couple of faster training runs leading up to them. Keeping the miles down. I do n't think I would run a 10k in these, but maybe. Spectacularly light and surprisingly comfortable. If I was going to change one thing I 'd make the cushioning very slightly firmer. I felt like maybe I was bottoming them out on race day.

The upper mesh is breathable and water resistant as far as I heart but I am not going to that that:) all in all I don ’ t see any negative in this shoe. Let ’s run them for maybe 2 years and see if my option changes. This shoes ain ’ t cheap so they better hold up for few years at least.

Just finished putting at least 400 miles on the zoom fly 5s. No telling how much exactly because I did n't track everything but I really enjoyed them and just got these fly 6s today and went for a 6 miler. They felt good out the box and I think I broke them in by the end of the run. I was running a good pace on fatigued feet and legs( ran 11 miles this am) and it felt effortless. I wanted to keep going but I kept it semi light for the first test run. I think I like these better than the 5s and I loved them. I usually do at least 5- 6 days a week around 7 miles a day. They work for easy runs and hard runs. These feel like they will do the same and are lighter but I still feel like I 'm getting the same support which was my main concern. I think these will be my go to. The vapors are out of my price range but these probably compete with those if I were to guess, especially if you are on a budget like me. Good job Nike! Glad to have switch to y'all from brooks. I get way more milage a shoe.

[ I got these in a size 7 in women ’s for 1 of 2 people that I knew could give me an honest opinion on them. It happened to be my mother who I gifted them to that works in a plant on her feet 8- 10 hours a day. As soon as she opened the box she absolutely loved the colorway she got as it can match multiple things as well as the style/look of the shoe. Once she got the shoe on foot she walked around the house and said she felt more bounce and spring in her step wearing them. She wore them to work the next day and when she came home she talked about how much her feet and back felt better after wearing them and all the compliments she got on them from co- workers who said they would be looking to get a pair as well. These are super comfortable, cruisers with some responsiveness. I run 5- 6 half- marathon races per year and average around 30 miles/week for training, so I go through many shoes. These have become one of my favorite Adidas running shoes now- that means a lot because I have every Adidas performance line running shoes. I just got these last week and put in about 10 miles. I like the previous Rise 2, and this one is better in terms of comfort and shock absorption. The previous version was a bit firm but had a good energy return. I prefer Rise 3 much better as a long run and daily trainer companion.

Added support in the arch of the foot is noticeable but not too much and is comfortable for all day wear. Fit is true to size as far a Nike running goes. Standard width was roomy and provide me ample toe box room. Upper is lightweight and breathable. Outsole has good traction and did not experience any traction issues running outdoors or on the treadmill.

When asked his opinion on the negatives of the shoes he said he couldn ’ t think of any but his top 2 positives about the shoe were fit and comfort. When it came to the fit he said that the shoes fit like a glove they weren ’ t too loose and they weren ’ t too tight and he stated that they didn ’ t adjust over time as well like some shoes do, they stayed at the perfect fit. He also said that he really likes where the shoe falls on the ankle because it ’s not too high where you feel constricted and not too low where it rubs against the bone. He can wear these shoes all day and stay comfortable in them, they have the right amount of cushion and bounce without feeling like you are walking on a board. My husband now wears these shoes every day outside of work.

The cushion was noticeably significant as the shock absorption on strike was well received and eliminated prevailing joint pain through the leg. That being said, the insole of this shoe is geared more towards a rear mid/heel striker. I also tested this shoe in cross training with a combo HIIT, functional strength training, spring workout and the shoe performed well. It is now my favorite cross training shoe. I would suggest flat laces that hold up to vigorous training and a larger pull loop on the back of the heel for convenience. Overall, 9/10.
