I bought this ball at Dicks about a year ago. And i have yet to use it for my feet! Little did i know what this little wonder could do for my hands!!! I work with my hands always, and the stress and strain can be brutal. Gripping, pulling, pushing all day can take its toll. This was 1 of the first things I bought from trigger point after a friend recommended it. I was so upset because I was working on some really bad back knots, and it was too soft. So I ordered the blk grid ball which is great. But now i 've realized you really have to have both. This is great for the neck or a muscle that is in really bad shape, etc. I think it's a must have for your fitness equipment.

Really pleased with my RumbleRoller Gator. It's designed to perform friction massage, which you ca n't really do safely on traditional rollers. The tendonitis in my pecs have responded really well to the daily Gator friction massage. I found the Gator online through an article by a trusted source and went into a Dick's store for a first- hand look. Of course no one at Dick's minded at all that I was rolling around on their floor. At this price, my first impulse was that the Gator was a splurge, but I was desperate. After using Gator for a month, I 'm convinced the price is a bargain. I purchased a plain foam roller a few months ago. While it works, it did n't get in deep enough to alleviate the pain. During Dick's 20% off, I purchased this one which with the ridges actually gets in deeper to help with the pain. My kids also use it after their sports activities. With this one, you can position the ridges at the exact point of pain to help alleviate the pressure and loosen the muscles. Definitely recommend.
