This specific model is perfect for playing on turf fields and the grip pattern on the sole ensures that you have the proper traction and stability when playing or practicing. It is important to consider these factors, as often times poor traction footwear on turf fields leads to injury. The Zoom Vapor 16s are incredibly comfortable and durable, making for the perfect combination for extended periods of play. I have been wearing these cleats almost everyday for about a month and I have yet to notice any issues or flaws in their quality. [ Great turf shoe. Grippy, feel like I can cut solidly on these and not lose my footing. I like the sock liner how they changed it to more of a low vs the previous versions that would cover my ankle. The Achilles pad is a nice touch for increased comfort and snugness. My foot doesn ’ t slip at all in these shoes. I use to get some Achilles blisters with the older versions so the new pad at the heel I feel helps a lot. I ’ m between a 9- 9. 5 and went with the 9. 5 and it feels perfect.

[ These cleats run true to size and are very comfortable. The black on black design is sharp looking. The shiny pieces with the matte look go well together! These will definitely work better on turf, but my son found they worked well in short grass as well. They broke in easily and he loved the elastic area around the ankle.

[ The Nike Zoom Vapor 16 Pro are a great innovation in soccer cleats. The fit of the shoe makes them a perfect cleat to play at a high level. Nike created a light weight, well balance, and comfortable shoe that will make playing fun and exciting. I loved the heel padding that gave support to my Achilles and helped with heel locking. The shoe has amazing traction to help with lateral movement and stability with the mesh liner around the ankle. I appreciate the upper material as it helps with striking the ball well, and handling. The shoe has a sleek design with a unique color way. I have to admit, if you like a form fitting cleat, this one is for you. It does have a tighter fit around the toe box which helps with the lockdown feel when changing speeds on the field. It worked amazing on turf and on a traditional grass field, but did n't test it on wet fields, which may test the traction of the cleat. I will be using this for my every day practicing and for game ready performance and will be recommended it to my friends in the league.

[ If you ’ re looking for a fast and light turf shoe for soccer, look no further. The upper is unmistakably the same as the cleats, soft and flexible with plenty of grip to keep the ball close( even in wet conditions). I was a bit skeptical the first time I put these on, they felt stiff and unstable. However, after a day of breaking them in- and two blisters- these have become one of my go to shoes for outdoor activities. You can even get away with playing a game of pickup in these turf shoes on a well maintained field, the outsoles rubber traction is sufficient for skills training or light play. Additionally, they are responsive enough to allow me to keep up with my zippy little dog running around the yard or catchup to that pass meant to slip you through the back line. The zoom inside is subtle and does not take much getting used to, they fit and feel just like any member of the Mercurial family. Well done Nike, this is an excellent product!
