[ We took this oven camping and everyone was jealous of our brick oven pizza that tasted( and smelled) amazing!! Easy to use and is a great adition to our camp.

[ High quality product. We bought this pizza oven to make healthier pizzas than store bought. Since our purchase we had pizza night every weekend and enjoyed 'D. I. Y pizza parties' with friends. Clean up is easy, just scrape off residue with a silicon spatula.

Really exceeded my expectations! I had been cooking homemade pizzas in the oven, and that worked just fine. Now that summer is here, I do n't want to heat up the house with the oven. I have a Woodwind pellet smoker with the sidekick attachment and a 14 '' grill for camping and thought the 14 '' single burner pizza oven would be a good option. Honestly, I did not expect much and had the opinion I might be wasting money on it. I could not have been more wrong. The difference in pizza quality was undisputable. I am not going back to the oven period! Cheese was bubbly, crust was crisp and not over cooked, taste was amazing. I ca n't believe a small pizza oven could make such a difference. We did have a bit of a learning curve, here are some tips: 1. Get a pizza peel, a thin metal one, preferably perforated to help the pizza slide off. It is a must have for a 12 '' pizza. I have n't used a wood pizza peel, but I suspect it would be too thick for the narrow opening of this oven. We used the bottom side of a baking sheet after our first failure which helped, but nothing like a pizza peel. You need to be able to slide the pizza all the way to the back of the oven, without bunching it up. We tried using the Camp Chef pizza spatula, but it just wo n't work for a 12 '' pizza. It might for a 6 '' but not anything much larger. 2. Do not heat the stone much over 600 degrees, initially there is an almost 100- degree difference between the stone and oven, so try to get a true 500 – 550- degree stone. I used an infrared thermometer to get the stone temp, but if you do n't have one, heat the stone slowly and allow the temp to get to 600 degrees and you should be fine. 3. Follow a pizza recipe that suggests making a poolish first. That definitely improved the quality of our pizzas. Look for videos on next level pizza dough, and you will find a good recipe. 00 flour works well, DiNapoli crushed tomatoes makes a good sauce, and get real whole milk mozzarella for the cheese. Higher quality, fresher ingredients did make a noticeable difference.

[ We are a pizza- loving family, and making fresh, delicious pizza at home has never been easier! The Ooni Koda 2 Gas- Powered Pizza Oven is compact, doesn ’ t take up much space, and delivers amazing results — just like a pro oven. It heats up fast and cooks evenly, giving us that perfect crust every time. Another bonus? It ’s super easy to clean — no mess, no stress after cooking. If you love pizza as much as we do, this is a must- have for your home setup. Making pizza nights fun, easy, and tasty!

This is an incentivized review but my review is 100% honest and based on my own experience. This oven is not only great for home pizzas but perfect for tailgating and camping. I took this to the beach and made proper 12 inch pizzas with plenty of room inside the oven to turn pizza. Major upgrade from the prior model.

5 derhata_8698
[ it ’s been a total game- changer for pizza nights. Setup was super easy — just connect the gas, fire it up, and it ’s ready to go in about 15 minutes. What really impressed me is how evenly it cooks. The new dual- zone heat controls make a huge difference, especially when I want to crisp the crust without burning the toppings. The flavor is close to what you get from a wood- fired oven, even though it ’s gas- powered. I ’ ve also tried cooking flatbreads and even searing steaks in it, and the results were awesome. It ’s compact enough to move around but feels sturdy and well- built. If you love making pizza at home and want something that delivers restaurant- quality results without a huge learning curve, I ’ d highly recommend the Koda 2.

[ Was so excited to receive this pizza oven, opened it immediately to try it out and I was very impressed with how much space, you can fit two pizzas at once and they cook evenly! It is nicely made and durable. Wasn ’ t too bad assembling either. Looking forward to using it lots more this summer!

Extremely happy with our Camp Chef Artisan Pizza Oven. Zero learning curve... made three great pizzas on the first three attempts. On our first attempt, we forgot to bring a rolling pin and as a result turned into more of a deep dish. Still great. Bought another rolling pin to keep in our travel trailer. On the second and third pizzas( different days with using the rolling pin), they were awesome. Prep the pizza, turn the heat on high for two minutes, then turn down to low for the remaining time. We use Trader Joe's pizza dough, TJ's pizza sauce, and TJ's shredded mozzarella, plus our ingredients of choice( spicy pork sausage, jalapeños, and red onions). We also made garlic bread in the pizza oven... also amazing.

[ The first pizza on the Ooni 16 was great. I have the Koda 12 and the 16 is so much easier to use and to get the pizza cooked.

5 Tom H.
[ The Koda 16 is an extremely easy oven to use and minimizes the `` Zero- to- Pizza '' time. After a couple of iterations when you get to know the oven, the pizza cooks are predictable and the results are delicious. The surprise was the ability of the oven to go beyond pizza. for searing steaks and roasting vegetables.

5 Toby J.
[ I went from an entry level pizza oven to the Ooni and wow, what a difference in construction and pizza results! The pizza took less time, did n't burn, and turned out amazing. The best part is the temp controls are easily accessible, which you would n't think is a big deal, but once you get rolling, it's the best.

5 Grant C.
[ Does a great job, this is the second one I have now!

[ Took me a year to decide which oven I wanted. After many searches an price comparisons I got the Koda 16. First time cooking was super amazing and was the best homemade pizza I have made. Needless to say I am looking forward to many more recipes to try.

Amazing! Great quality! Maybe a larger sracper would be nice. But not much if at all. Love the feel of the wood Handel! Love the look, the quality! Worth it!

Perfect for scraping and dusting the stone/oven. Nice long handle. Bristles are firn enough to remove slightly stuck stuff and soft enough to not scratch the stone.

Perfect to get the back of the stone between pizzas. I do wish it was not as tall as it can bang around in there. Otherwise perfect and much needed accessory!
