This is the first time I 've bought an away product. I 've been looking at it since probably it started just thinking it was too expensive for me. I did get the small carry- on and it's actually quite perfect for the clothes I carry even though I 'm taking a two week trip with various weather conditions and a graduation in the middle so I had to bring something nice to wear. I love the way it looks. I love the way it feels and I love that it. It's so logically conducive to packing. One side is for compression so that my clothes go in there and one side is for shoes and other things that do n't compress for well. I like that it's light. The suitcase is well designed and was rated one of the best suitcases by several travel magazines. The internal compartments have zip up barriers and a large light- weight barrier to help with packing and separating your items. The suitcase is a bit expensive, but the quality is excellent.

I am not quite sure what voodoo Yeti is currently practicing, but all of their new bags and luggage are insanely well thought out, designed, and manufactured that I have yet to find one negative- aside from the zippers being a little stiff. I currently have 2 of their new Crossroad backpacks, their new 60L duffel, and 5 packing cubes. For years I have used a lot of the 5. 11 bags and suitcases. I would say that the Yeti quality and design is far superior- which I never thought I would say. In addition, this suitcase is insanely light- 8 or 9 pounds I believe. My 5. 11 suitcase of similar size weighs 25 pounds- which means I can now pack over 15 pounds more when traveling. Five stars for me all day long. I have, and love, the Latitude tote but it is starting to wear and I wanted a replacement. I was bummed when I realized the Latitude is no longer sold, so I went with the Everywhere tote because its a similar size. This is a great bag! Because its canvas rather than leather it looks a bit more like luggage than an oversized purse but the pockets and compartments make it way better for day trips etc. It's also nice that it zips across the top to close completely. The only two issues that I had with it was it seemed like the waist belt was a little bulky if you did not want to wear it and it was way bigger than I thought it was going to be! [ I brought the Thule Chasm along for a cross- country road trip( Denver- Maryland- up to New York) and then used it as a carry- on for a flight to the Dominican Republic — and it fit everything I needed, keeping it dry and contained. The material is super sturdy and easily withstood being tossed around in and out of rental cars, overhead bins, and sandy hotel rooms. I also really like the calming color( easy to spot) and the handle design, which makes it comfortable to pull through airports or grab quickly out of a trunk. It ’s compact enough to fit in an overhead bin but still has plenty of space for both wedding attire and beach attire for a full week. One thing to note: it only has wheels on one side. While that means fewer things that can break, it makes adding luggage on top a little harder to navigate. The main zipper is durable and I like that its tucked under a flap, keeping everything weather resistant- especially nice when traveling in the tropics with frequent passing rain. I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

4. 5 stars. Usually a S or XS in jackets and glad I went XS it's still big enough to layer under. I wish they made an XXS because when I cinch this up to my preferred crop length there is some extra fabric that bunches around my mid section( I 'm 5ft 8 about 120lbs with long arms and torso) so I agree this is not might not be the best for very petite gals unless you want a baggier fit. Dolomite is a nice buttery sand color. Love the stitching pattern that gives a quilted look. Overall I ca n't wait for cooler weather and to travel with this puffer.

I wanted to update my sizing review for something more detailed. If you plan to not wear layers and are extremely petite you can get away with sizing down. However, I actually think halfdays runs true to size. When trying the puffer and the Pieper together, the XS fit but it felt slight restrictive in the chest. For that reason, I actually am exchanging for my true to size small. The jacket fits true to size with an oversized feel. Since it's oversized anyway, sticking with your regular size will allow for more layering options. I recommend buying both sizes and seeing what you prefer because it ends up being a presence of fit. The peony color is the most accurate color so far.

I would give this jacket a 4. 9. Beware this jacket runs big. I read a couple other reviews from petite ladies who said this ran big and thank goodness I trusted them because as a normal size small, the extra small is perfect. Another thing I 've already reviewed about is the color accuracy is a major problem. Halfdays really needs to post unfiltered photos of all of their products. There is always usually a warm filter on the colors or it's been enhanced in editing. I wish instead of enhancing the color, they just made the product that color anyway. The sage color looks nothing like it does in the photos. It is a very very pale muted sage green and not the more bright pastrl sage green as pictures. It means more beige than it does green. If you 're a fan of the color seasons, this would be great for soft summers, but avoid the sage color if you 're a winter like me as I looked ghastly. Another heads up is that the zipper does tend to get stuck on the fabric like other reviewer's that says, which is a bit annoying and hopefully it wo n't damage the jacket. Be super careful when unzipping and zipping. Overall I bought it in black since its so lightweight and will be a great piece just to throw on but not worry about carrying a heavier jacket

The tent was easy to set up. The first day was really windy and we did have to add extra sand to the bags so that the tent sides would stay up. The next day was not as windy and tent stayed up wonderfully. I am considering getting the extra two poles, however they are not necessary for the tent to work well. The fabric is strong and the sand fell off easily for packing. We had five people under the tent so I would not reccommend any smaller of a tent for this many individuals. I love the color that I purchased.

I bought the grande online from Dicks sporting goods, picked up at the South Portland store, same day. Set up was simple, stretched it out in an X pattern, flipped the cord under the sand bags and filled with sand. Poked the poles under the front corners, adjusted the bags a little bit by stretching out, then dug a small pit and buried them. I 've been doing this for three days in the coastal winds and it's been getting more efficient each time. Zero issues, stays put for hours with shifting winds when set up properly. Take down is just as simple. Storage bag is compact. 5+ stars, I 'd buy it again without a doubt and have not received anything for this review.

I was skeptical on how this boat would do when compared with rigid kayaks in the water, but took the risk anyway because I love how small it could pack and lightweight it is( less than half of my other sea kayaks)... and OH BOY was I wrong. The Coast glides through the water effortlessly, gets up to speed in only a couple strokes, and is incredibly durable – I did n't notice any change in the hull after a full afternoon of charging through big ocean waves, practicing rescues, and grinding against rocks.
