I went on my first serious hiking trip for three days, so I was nervous about getting blisters. After doing lots of research and wanting to make sure I did n't have to bring along extra equipment( tape, scissors, padding, etc.), I found this and it worked like a charm! 35 strips for$ 10 was quite a bargain. It was easy to apply and each strip lasted me two days. If I had a `` hot spot '' on my foot, I used two pieces to double- up and it worked great. Highly recommend!

Other bandage brands might have a run for their money when people realize they can use KTtape to make their own sized bandages that never fall off.
