I 'd recommend taking your time( with someone's help) in initially fitting it, as it took me a few days( and adjustments) to realize just how impressive this brace really is. It was super comfortable, and allowed full motion range without hindrance. I have a miniscus tear and I did research on the Shock Doctor 872 knee brace. It gives maximum support and the comfort level was what sold me on buying it. Way better then the standard issue braces that the doctor gives you. The fit is also what made this brace a winner. It's Contoured for your leg with the wider end for your thigh and the smaller end for you knee and calf. The velcro straps made it stay up and not move.
