There are several adjustments to be made, which turned out to be a very good thing, as you 'll end up with a really high- quality stabilizer that is custom- fitted for you. I was looking for an ankle brace that my daughter could wear just for added support on the sides only since her kept rolling. She always has high basketball shoes so a lot of the supports add too much bulk in that area and restrict the movement. This is perfect.
