I love these gloves. I am a ski patroller and need a warm and functional glove. The mission gloves provide the dexterity I need to manage a taboggan, ropes, and tools. I love the leather palms for gripping ropes and the Velcro wrist straps which keep the snow out and secure the glove easily under the cuff of my jacket. These gloves replaced a pair of BD gloves I used for nearly 6 years.

Nice gloves for the price. Measured hand per size guide and ordered Medium which felt a little snug around palms and around top of hand. Ended up reordering Large after trying the first pair on. Large fits perfect.

Great well constructed glove. Runs small so I returned for a larger size( XXL) and still tight but I hope will pack out. I usually take an XL in almost every glove.

When searching for the best hiking gloves, consider features like insulation, waterproofing, and breathability. Good grip and dexterity are also important, especially if you need to handle gear or navigate challenging terrain. Additionally, look for gloves with adjustable cuffs to keep out debris and improve fit.
High-quality hiking gloves are often made from materials such as leather, synthetic fabrics, and fleece. Leather provides durability and weather resistance, while synthetic materials can offer breathability and moisture-wicking properties. Fleece is commonly used for insulation, ensuring warmth without bulk.
To choose the right size of hiking gloves, measure the circumference of your hand at its widest point and refer to the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer. It's important to ensure a snug fit without being too tight, allowing for dexterity and comfort during your hikes. Trying on gloves with the intended base layers can also help ensure the right fit.
Yes, there are hiking gloves designed for various weather conditions. For colder climates, look for gloves with insulation and waterproof features. In warmer weather, lightweight and breathable gloves are ideal to keep your hands cool and dry. Always consider the climate and terrain when selecting gloves for your hiking adventures.
Grip is crucial in hiking gloves as it allows for better handling of trekking poles, climbing gear, and other equipment. A good grip can enhance your stability and control on uneven terrain, reducing the risk of slips and falls. Look for gloves with textured palms or specialized grip materials to ensure optimal performance.
