f you ’ re over 6 ’ 5 ”, it might be too small. Perfect for a garage or room setup if you already have a pull- up/dip station. Got it for$ 399 — great deal. Similar quality half rack and bench would cost$ 600+. Assembled it solo in under an hour.

Solid, easy to put together…the bench is lacking. Its wobbly so I bought the stand alone Ethos utility bench. Now that bench is as sturdy as the ones at the gym. Those two paired together is as good as going to the gym.

I 've been very happy with this Powertec bench. Relatively easy to build- just recommend building it in the area in which it will be located to use. Once assembled, it wo n't fit through a standard doorway. Very solid and well- built so far. I would purchase again.

As someone that's 6' 3 '' I have no issues using the bench. Some may find it narrow but I like the full range for my shoulders. Some may find this light but it can hold 500lbs. Perfect for my home. Very easy to put together.
