If you 're need is to do delicate footwork in steep or awkward terrain these are not the boots for you. But, if you 're spending a lot of time working outside in Wyoming in winter in snow, on ice, and in the very special kind of mud we have up here, they are stellar. I had a little break in period to soften up the ankles a little. They are warm, without heavy socks, even in sub- zero° F temps, comfy, 100% waterproof, and easy to clean. These are seriously burly well made boots.

Sizing winter boots has been quite challenging. I wear a 10. 5 medium width athletic shoe/ 44. 5 cycling shoe. I tried many brands and sizes including LL Bean, KEEN, Columbia, Muck, and a few more. Boots like this can feel stiff so I prefer thicker wool socks for added cushion and insulation. An 11. 5 was snug but not too tight( like the 11) and gave me enough wiggle room in the toe box. When I finally got outdoors with them, I found them warm and comfortable walking around for more than two hours through slush and snow on trails and streets. They are quick to slip on and lace up, quick to unlace and slip off. I am very satisfied with them.

I ’ m obsessed with these sneaker boots! They are so versatile! I ’ m a hairstylist and on my feet basically 24/7, I actually wear these to work pretty often bc they ’ re so comfortable( with my specialty inserts for super high arches) and they are awesome! I get tons of compliments all the time. They ’ re super light weight and not clunky like most boots. The best thing is that they ’ re warm enough for me to wear to the dog park when it ’s freezing( below zero here in Mn) but also not so hot that I can actually wear them all day at work inside. The traction has been amazing on snow and ice so far. Seriously, I ’ m obsessed with these boots, I just wish they had them in men ’s for my husband. I typically wear a size 8/8. 5 in most shoes, but I always wear a 9 in sorel. I also love the wide toe box, which allows me to wear thick socks and not feel so tight like my other boots do. I honestly wouldn ’ t change a thing about these boots.

I bought these boots for a long weekend trip to Providence, RI and Boston, MA. I wore them with thick wool socks and logged more than 5 miles each day running around the sights. They weee comfortable and warm. The temps dropped to 19 degrees with strong winds and even rain and my feet were dry and warm the whole time. These are comfortable and can be slipped into without re- doing the laces which is a big plus for me. I bought these because they have a roll over the top winterized bottom. My last boots had the sole meeting the upper right at the bottom edge& that is where it blew out. Hoping that these last a long time like my last pair with the higher rubber section. I love these Sierra Mid Lace Waterproof Boots so much I purchased a second pair. They are so comfortable and great for walking/hiking long distances in any kind of weather. This season they are the only boots I 've consistently worn every day for play and work. The added bonus is they are nice looking and extremely durable. The North Face Women's Sierra Mid boots were well made and stylish. I read other reviews that suggested going up a size. I usually wear a 9 or 9. 5 in winter boots, so I purchased sizes 9. 5 and 10. The 9. 5 was too small and the 10 was slightly too big. I was extremely disappointed because I loved the look and they were at a reasonable price point. Unfortunately had to return.

These boots were precisely what I required. Since I have flat feet, balance is always a concern for me, especially on slippery surfaces. I wore them during my Alaska vacation. They provided excellent traction on snow, slush, and ice. For reference, I wear a 10 Wide in Skechers, and these boots I got in a 10. 5 size.

This boot is so unbelievably comfortable, but it does run large. I have never, in my adult life, worn anything smaller than a 10 in any shoe( boot, sneaker, sandal, heel) but the size 10 in these was considerably larger than I could wear! Half size down should do it, and I ca n't wait for the 9. 5 to arrive. They are great quality, cozy, and well worth the spend.

These are the best winter boots I have ever owned. It's been an exceptionally cold and snowy winter and these boots are not only good looking, they check all the boxes. I am obsessed with these boots and they are literally the best snow boots. I walk about 2 miles a day and these literally are so comfortable and never get wet. The grips on the bottom have made me be able to not fall on slippery sludge or ice which has been the most impressive part of my experience with these boots.
