I work in a warehouse and walk 10- 12 miles a day, 260 days a year. I have worn the Eagle Trail boots by Georgia Boot this past year. They have been amazing. Only now are the insides starting to fail at the heels. The outsole has worn evenly and still has lots of life left. The leather has resisted being run over by pallet jacks, the toes have saved my toes numerous times. I bought them at the outlet store in Nelsonville and love them so much I will order them again full price. My feet do n't sweat, stink or get blisters. I sized them in W to allow exptra room in the toe box and will likely go up a half size this time. They fit true to size and look very good after a touchup with Helix Foot and Boot care. Unlike all other brands, the wide width on these boots are ACTUALLY WIDE WIDTH and the widest you 'll find!! These boots are so incredibly comfortable, that they do not require any break- in!! The traction on the soles does wear down faster and creates poor slush/ice traction. But the soles are n't designed for mountain climbing. I do however, use them for upstate bear hunting. Another plus, is if you have hot feet that sweat; look no further. Usually my Gortex waterproof boots get a musty/mold odor. Not these, 2 years later and they only smell like the original tanned leather. All at a great price.

Because in retrospect, they are the best boot I have ever worn. I have done EVERYTHING in them. Camping, hiking, yard work, home remodeling, etc. Rain, sun, snow, it has not mattered. These boots have passed the test. The tread is still in tact, and I do n't have one loose stitch. I 'm sure they wo n't work for everyone. Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

I love them so much i have pairs for work and everyday wear. I ’ ve worked for the Water company where i live and not really being “ water proof ” i still wore them and they would hold up for 6 months or so. I wore a different Georgia boot for 3- 4 years before buying this one. My other one was not waterproof. It started falling apart after using it on my dirt farm. With this one I can walk in the creeks and all over. It is super comfortable, waterproof, light, and fits great! It handles cow manure, creeks, woods, rocks, dirt, etc.-- Just all- around great! In addition, the bottom grip is nice. I do n't have any problems walking or shoveling, and the inside cushion makes you want to wear it for all occasions. The only thing you might have to do is replace the cushion every now and then; with around 230 lbs. the cushion performs well, but takes a toll. For winter, I recommend some thick, cushioned, wool socks. Wool socks and boot make it a winning combination that ca n't be beat by any other. Buy it!

The wide fit is excellent. I even have enough space to spread my toes or wear toe spacers. Super comfortable, they feel pretty durable and they look nice, already got several compliments and I 've only had them for two weeks. I wish the laces were thicker and softer but it's not really a problem. The only place I feel a little discomfort is around the ankle but I assume as I break them in I wo n't notice the ankle cuff anymore. I 've tried Red Wing, Timberland, Wolverine... these boots are the only ones that hold up to the daily beating that I give them. I love how durable they are and how easy they are to clean. I only have 2 small complaints, but being the best boots I 've ever owned... Carhartt will still get a 5 star review. 1. The laces need replaced after roughly 3- 6 months of use because they get shredded under the duress of tying and tightening your laces daily. 2. Being waterproof comes in handy often, especially when working outside. But it does mean that if you have sweaty feet, it keeps the sweat in too. Not quite as `` breathable '' as I would want. But like I said, I 've never found a boot to do a better job. So it is what it is.

The previous pair is about a year old and no longer water proof. This pair is running slightly larger even though it's the same size. The boots are great! Handled spring time in Colorado so raining, ice, sleet and then snow all in one day. I mucked horse stalls and had very warm feet while doing that chore. This is my third pair of Carhart's 6 '' Soft Toe Work Boot. I love them. They are tough, long lasting and comfortable. I use them for my everyday foot wear except dress occassions. I even take my daily four mile walk in them. I hike in them and hunt in them. For me, they are the best boot I have every owned in terms of quality. I have been wearing this make Georgia boot since I was a little, I am 22 now, I work in the labor industry as a welder. This is the best most comfortable and very hardy boot. They are high quality leather, although they are comfortable out of the box, they do get more and more comfortable as you wear them. I am on my feet all day everyday so I put some Dr. Scholl ’s insoles in them to make them that much better.( I also have flat feet) One pair last me about 3- 4 years. And that is wearing them literally almost 365 days a year. As a welder I tend to not like laces and these boots are perfect for a welder except if you are needed steel toe. Overall, I owe Georgia boot this review and I am very happy to leave a great review. I ’ ve put these boots through hell, and they withstand anything you throw at them. I bought this boot last month. Very high quality leather. A little stiff but is breaking in nicely. I have a small farm with wet conditions so this boot is perfect. Very comfortable. I mainly bought this boot because it can be resoled and the reviews on Georgia boot were very positive. This is the first time I have bought Georgia boot. I have usually bought Ariat, Wolverine, Red Wings and Tony Lama. I am tired of buying good boots only to find out they are trash after the soles are worn off or the glue separating. These boots( Georgia Giant Wellingtons) can be resoled by a cobbler and should last a lifetime with proper care. After throwing away two pair of RedWing Boots because the soles are separating because they are glued and can not be resoled, I am now a Georgia Boot customer.

This is the second pair of carhartt boots I 've purchased. And I 'm liking these boots more than the first. They are super lightweight and equally as comfortable. I have n't had long enough to speak on the durability of this style but if they are like the rest of the carhartt brand I 'm sure I 'll be happy in the long term!

After lots of research I bought these boots for work. I manage small business with a machine and fabrication shop. I work in and out of the office and shop. I needed something that was n't big and clunky, but still protective. Also something that is good for standing on concrete. I have a little consistent knee pain, and wearing these boots helped reduce my pain. I really do n't have any complaints about these boots. Probably my favorite steel toe work boots that I have had.

I really like the fit. They have worn really well. I would like to have them in an 8 '' ht. The only criticism I can give would befirst pair I had, the tongue seemed too long. I am a repeat buyer of this boot.

At first they were a little tight because I didn ’ t go with the recommended one size up that the boot comes with. I am size 9, I ordered size 9. After I clipped my big toe nails, “ they fit like a glove. ” Light weight, comfy, and durable.

I 've been using these for my outdoor gardening and landscaping projects and my initial impression was shock at just how comfortable they were. In using them, working all day, my feet were n't sore like they have been with other boots. I absolutely loved that I could just straight hose them off at the end of the day, when they say waterproof, they mean waterproof. Not just part of the boot, the whole thing. 10/10 would recommend. Pro tip, get a size bigger than your normal size, and if it's not snug enough, pick up an insole to add in it.

These are awesome boots. I ordered them a few weeks ago and got them within a week of ordering. I love the feel of them and they keep your feet cool even while just walking. I ’ ve been using them for fishing and walking around in muddy areas. I have tried several brands of boots some less expensive and some a whole lot more but I have to say nothing beats Mucks.

I have several different brands and types of this kind of boot and these are the best of them all. Ended up having to wear them for a week straight for 9+ hours and did n't bother me a bit. Usually wearing this type of boot will cause me feet and back to ache if wearing them for an entire day or two but these are amazing! Will be buying another set.

These boots are great for working and riding on the ranch. Fits true to size. The only complaint is the top is a little thick on the inside and rubs slightly when riding for long periods of time.

I bought these boots when they were called the Carbo- Tec WP about 5 years ago and they are still going strong. The soles are finally wearing down after the inside of the heal area is starting to break down a little bit. needless to say I have put some miles on these bad boys and ready for my next pair. Was glad to see they are still making them.

Work and home life do a number on boots. Hold up pretty well as long as my dog does n't get a hold of them. Stiff at first but once they break in, they 're super comfortable. Used to buy the romeos but theres are worth the extra money.
