OMG I CAN NOT say enough about these boots.... I will be ordering them in all 3 colors. I had yet to find a hiking boot that didnt cause me foot pain, blisters, or hot spots.... until now. These fit my feet perfectly. The toe box is typically where i struggle with hiking boots- blisters and pain of the great toe and medial ball of foot. Even while breaking these in I did not experience either of these issues. Have always loved Sorel boots and needed a new boot with good traction because my arches have fallen and feet have spread. Over the years the boots have gone from being roomy in the toe area to more narrow and fashion oriented. I was afraid this boot wouldn ’ t be wide enough in the toe box to accommodate my bad bunions. Thanks SOREL for supplying me with work shoes! This is my fourth pair of Sorel boots. I have worn them for years. These shoes get beat up and worn out. I have gotten rid of one pair, a suede pair, because after years of being in the elements they were not looking very professional anymore- but the shoe was still holding up minus the, understandably, worn down tread on the ball of the foot. The Emelie can be slipped on and off! Totally love this feature in a bootie. I ’ m still breaking them in but the foot shape that Sorel uses fits my “ pizza ” feet well( thinner mid foot and slightly wider toe splay). I sized 1/2 down for the Emelie because the last pair of boots I bought broke in so well that they are a tad floppy now. I have flat arches and over pronating hind feet so I was thrilled my orthotics fit in place of the company made insoles. There is arch support in the Tivoli Resort that is comparable to that in Tivoli. The higher platform and deep tread is ideal for the snowy slushy winter terrain. The insulation works perfectly even in below 10 degree weather with windy conditions. The higher top and faux help keep the ankle to calf part of lower leg protected and warm. For reference, my foot length is 25 cm and width 10 cm, and the size I tried on was EU 39( just because the retailer sent me a wrong size; I initially ordered EU 40). I live in a cold and icy place. I was needing a boot that I did n't need to lace up, kept my toes a bit more warm, and had traction. This boot is that! I previously was wearing my blundstones but on- 20 F nights I just was n't having it anymore! I 've now been wearing these Bogs for a few weeks and in( almost) all sorts of condition. They were definitely a bit stiff the first 2 weeks I 'd say. But now my foot easily slips in and out of the shoe. I noticed a little bit of rubbing on my ankle in those first two weeks but that has gone away. I have high arches and usually put some inserts into my shoes. I tried that for a bit with these and found it to be a little tight. They are comfortable without the inserts but I might try again in the future once they are completely broken in. Overall, happy with my purchase! I have only kind of slipped on the ice once- which is great great improvement from before! Woohoo!

Cute and really warm. These are super cute and are holding up really well. Bought them for a trip to NYC it was feels like single digits all week and my feet were never cold.
