The shorts might run a little small. I tend to wear the L pants but got the XL shorts and they work well for me. I like the internal liner, but still wear by boxer briefs with them. I really need to try them without the boxes and see how they work. They are a little bit low rise if you are tall like me. They could have a bit of a longer rise for us tall girls but they 'll do.
