I love the fit and feel. Very lightweight, which I wanted, as a summer weight jacket. The stretch improves the fit and feel over my other bomber. The only things I would change is; Add the original bomber style shoulder pockets and tool sleeves, maybe even on both sides. A velcro shoulder patches with a cover that matches the jacket fabric to hide the velcro if preferred. Stretch cordura or something cut resistant to protect in the shop against sheet metal edges or on the street for self defence. Hand pocket designed more like the original without the flap. Or maybe different bomber offerings.

My first in dark olive is about 5 years old stood up well through outdoors work and chores got a bit bobbled but I gave it a shave not long ago and it looks as good as new. And while it's maybe just a little too heavy and bulky for my ultralight goals, I bought it because I liked it so much in general( tried in on in a store, bought it on Mossejaw). And now I wear it anytime the weather's a little chilly. It's warm, a great fit-- not too tight, not too baggy-- and the material just feels great. I 've also had it out in light rain for half an hour or so, and nothing soaked in. So it really is at least a little water repellent. Only con is, I do n't like the double, left- handed zipper, but I 'll get used to it. And who knows, maybe I 'll end up bringing it on a backpacking trip, since I like it so much. Glad I bought it during the big sale!

[ This is a very nice jacket. My son changed his mind about the weight of the coat he was looking for, but loved the fit and feel of it. This is a lightweight jacket and feels like it would be easy to pack away or tie around your waste if you 're out hiking or just out and about.

[ I bought this jacket a few weeks back in preparation for cooler weather. Mornings are now cold and my Fjallraven jacket fits the bill. I will use it alone as well as a top layer with sweaters and fleece.

[ I bought this jacket not long ago because I needed something durable and warm for high altitude hiking and it worked perfectly. Fjallraven products have never let me down and this coat is no exception.
