This has been a really nice treadmill. It ’s very large and solid. It does take up a fair amount of space. I like the large screen, and I have enjoyed many of the features included with Ifit. I absolutely love that you can get a much steeper incline than a standard treadmill, which is great if you are training for a hike or need to do, hill runs often. It also includes a decline feature, which I have never had before, and that is very interesting and useful as I train for a triathlon to adapt my body to smaller downhill. The large screen makes it easy to watch a show or just track your progress while you ’ re working out, but it can be a little tricky to figure out the order of operations when trying to change something on the Netflix or Amazon menu the cupholders are not my favorite because they are square. The speed is good in responsive overall, it seems like a good machine that will really help with my training this is an incentivized review

Had this treadmill for a few weeks now and I have really enjoyed the incline and decline feature on the treadmill or all the treadmill seems very sturdy and seems fairly responsive when you turn it on that the belt doesn ’ t slip or lag when you ’ re using it. it ’s got great handles if you need a little extra help while you ’ re climbing a pill and a nice large screen to show your progress or follow along the Ifit trainers the cupholders are square so I did notice my water bottle shuffling around in that space occasionally ending up against the screen and vibrating. The treadmill also has some fans which are really nice for cooling you off while you ’ re running. It says you can connect to heart rate monitor, but I have not tried that feature at this time. Overall, I ’ ve been very happy with this treadmill and feel that it will be very useful as a mother while I am training for a half Iron Man And can ’ t always get out to do my workouts. This is an incentivized review.

This is a great treadmill. You pay for quality and I think you get it with this treadmill. My wife and I use this quite a bit and it has made winter exercising so much more pleasant. The user interface is very easy to use, the controls you need quick access to are right on the console in front of you, such as elevation, speed, fan, etc, so you do n't have to use the touch screen. The screen is easy to use and very user friendly. It links up nicely with the training programs through iFIT and keeps up with the changes. It is very heavy, so make sure you have some help when you are putting it together. Overall I am very happy with the treadmill.

This is better than pretty much any treadmill I have used at a gym. I have not reason to go to a gym with this in my home. It is a pricey piece of equipment, but as it is always said, you get what you pay for. This thing does everything I have needed, or wanted it to do. The stand out feature for me has always been the elevation capabilities, not only that it can go down, below 0, but it can go seriously steep. I have n't actually tried to walk on it with is as steep as it will go because it looks very difficult. I use it to train for multiple things, but primarily I want to hike better, and get better in some rugged terrain, and this is more than capable of allowing me to do that training. The treadmill went together easy, it was easy to put together, and easy to use. The screen, and the user interface is very user friendly. I have n't had difficulty getting it to do what I want. It is seriously heavy though. Which when you are using it, definitely adds to the sturdy feel, and you do n't bounce around. I would just caution you to assemble it relatively close to where you want it to live. It would n't be fun to move around all over the place. Overall, we are very happy with this and I see no reason I will need anything different anytime soon. This is an incentivized review.

Rowing Faster
All the perks of rowing a boat, without the water! Especially with iFIT, you literally feel like you are rowing a boat, all without having to leave your house. I can row in Europe by just walking into my gym, how cool is that? And even then, this rower is 10x nicer than any boat I would be rowing. All jokes aside, I have been really impressed on how smooth the pull rope and seat are on this machine. I have always been a little scared with rowers that the rope might snap but this one really does feel sturdy and that it won ’ t send me off the back. It was easy and quick to assemble which was really nice because sometimes you never know what you might get with putting together a new machine. The screen is a great size and the speakers are awesome too. I like how comfortable the seat is. Our previous rower had a very hard seat that was not enjoyable to sit on and this one is much better. Overall, I ’ m really impressed with the quality of the unit. My only complaint is that I wish it had a lock on the seat so it couldn ’ t move when not in use to protect little fingers. This is an incentivized review and I have a family member that works for the brand but these are my honest thoughts.

I bought this a little over a month ago. Was fairly easy to set up. The deck has some cushion, thus for someone that runs outside its taking some getting used to. I 've tried an elevation of 1 and now trying 1. 5 as my knees have started to hurt. Feel this is due my body not being used to running on a tredmill. Its certaily helped as the winter has been brutally cold. Purchased due to motor size and speed that it can push for sprint work. Screen is very nice. Did have 1x where it did not load properly, but may have been due to my internet signal. Wish it had a way to mount a ipad to watch HBO Max. Having Netflix, Spotify, and Amazon Prime Video is a plus. HBO Max would make it perfect.

I recently received my BOSU balance ball and it is awesome! It is the perfect addition to any home workout equipment because it is so versatile and can be used for a variety of work out sessions. It was shipped quickly and the quality is amazing. I think going for the BOSU rather than knock off is really worth it. These are very sturdy and will last a long time. I also really like that the little black things that stick out on the bottom are n't that big and do n't get in the way when doing push- up or squats with the ball turned over.

Working remotely and sometimes sitting up to 10 hours a day, needed some thing to use when I ’ m not able to take the dog out for long walks. I broke four vertebrae a few years ago on slush so when it ’s cold and snowy, I ’ m staying indoors. Squats hurt my knees after a bit so I tried this. I absolutely love it! Delivery was super fast and well packed, booklet a little confusing, so I found assembly online which helped. If you look at both ends of the wires, you will see which side is the connector clip that you need. That was my hold up but I put it together myself in about 15 minutes. Since you are not supposed to use it longer than 15 minutes at a stretch, I jump on it in the morning and the evening and only do about five minutes each time. Within a couple of days, I felt a difference and that tiny bit of cellulite my thighs were getting starting to fade. It ’s only been a week. And I ’ m 63. This sits in the corner of my room and it ’s quiet. I prefer the one with the handle and I could set my phone in the little holder if I want to use music. Highly recommend. Sometimes Amazon has a great deal on it. But I got the Smart stepper in black( I did not want the mini or one with arm bands, I, like the handlebar stability). My husband liked it too!

I 've only been using this for four weeks. The product is sturdy and well constructed. The nylon strap looks and feels like it will provide lasting use. The handle is easy to grip and comfortable in the hands. The seat is comfortable and I 've had no issues with it. I 'm starting out with 30 minute sessions on low level to work on my technique and form and very much like the steady resistance. For older first time users on a rowing machine( I 'm 66), if you have n't already been exercising regularly this will give you a good initial workout at level 1. If you 're like myself and do regularly exercise but have n't used a rowing machine, once you feel comfortable with proper technique and form you 'll be ready to push upwards and this machine has very good resistance settings and built- in programs that will challenge you. [ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

My husband and I are in our early 60's and got on a healthy diet earlier this year but still needed a little more improvement with his diabetes and my cholesterol numbers to keep from adding medications. First, your instructions were the best I 've seen in a long time. I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required. Second, it is a great quality product- very well made along with a very good price. Third, we enjoy using it and have continued to improve our health numbers and even lost some weight. My husband had to have surgery for a brain bleed December 11. He's been home from the hospital now five days and has already been able to use the cross trainer on the lowest setting twice. For the price you can not beat this little machine! Unpacking and assembly took a mere 15 minutes and I was ready to go. First time around I completed 400 rows on the 1st and then 3rd levels. Today I went up a couple of levels and broke a sweat after 15 minutes. Get this!

Machine is great for low impact exercise for upper/lower body. Resistance can be increased in small increments to enable you to strengthen without stressing your muscles, important as we get older.
