I ’ m still new and finding which coaches I like… there are a lot of options so it ’s slightly overwhelming but I ’ m sure I ’ ll get more efficient. The bike needs to be on a hard surface. Fortunately a friend suggested we get a piece of plyboard to put on top of the carpet before the bike arrived. It helps greatly but still slight wobble when out of the saddle. Shoes run small. So we have to exchange and have been using running shoes in meantime. I think it will only be better with actual clip shoes. The screen is a WOW. I live the versatility and am always eager to pick another non bike class after my ride. Really great. I wish I wouldn ’ t have waited.

We bought this to start rowing( instead of cycling), so although we 're `` beginners '', we come from a lifetime of exercise. It's an excellent rower that's a direct comparable to the Concept2( think clone). The rower itself is perfect. The only element that could be improved is the computer/display. The data a rower wants altogether during a workout is spread across two screen modes, but it's not a large issue since one display mode shows the most used basic data. The Concept2 computer/display is far more evolved/refined, but the Ethos display lacks nothing important( although I will never know why folks want to see calories since that metric can not be accurate unless it takes into account body factors outside the computer's data).( In all fairness to the reader here, I 'm not convinced the power/watts metric is fully accurate but hopefully I 'm just wrong on this.) I hope Dick's guides improvements in the computer/display going forward. I 'd even be willing to upgrade the computer someday if new versions are released with more refined sophistication- the machine is really worthy of further improvement work.

I bought this a month ago and have put over 20 hours on it. Assembly was straightforward, taking me and my wife about 1 hour using the included tools. It is a large and heavy machine, so I 'd recommend assembling it in whatever room it will reside. The manual workout mode is very simple and quick to get moving: just plug in and press start. It shows a screen with a pin on a track showing your lap time, total time, distance, calories burned, speed and incline. Speed and incline can be adjusted with simple button pushes. The tread flows smoothly and needed no adjustment.( I did have to shift it around my room a little bit, as the tread is a bit sensitive if placed on an uneven floor... my first placement caused the tread to constantly shift to the side. Once I moved the machine to a flat spot, it has been fine all month.) The real magic is in the iFit software. The pre- recorded runs, walks, and hikes can be searched and sorted by intensity, duration, etc. Very nice if you 're like me: a desk jockey who is trying to finally get active. I have n't discovered all of the secrets of this treadmill or iFit, but I 'm excited to spend time on it; and that is a first for me. This is an incentivized review.

Running is fun again
I have had one of the larger treadmills from Nordic Track, and chose this one so that I could have something that is not so bulky. I was worried that it would not be stable, but I have been super impressed with the stability of the treadmill along with the motor and the running surface. The speed of the treadmill goes up to 12 mph and it also allows you to incline up to 12%. The only thing I miss from my last treadmill is the decline, which really was n't much. I love that this treadmill has a 10- inch display and Bluetooth capabilities. I have been obsessed with the IFit workouts. I am currently doing the trail series and LOVE the runs! Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. It's easy to assemble except for the plastic trim which is not necessary and better off recycled. I bought the teeter hang up in December because my wife has a bad back. I researched the teeter freestep because she uses a similar device in her physical therapy sessions and woth it missing a step this is amazing and she loves it and so do I. With decompressing after using the freestep on the days she doesn ’ t have therapy her back feels so much better and we couldn ’ t be happier. When I received it, I was very happy with the construction. It is built very sturdy and yet maintains the light weight feature so that it can be moved easily from place to place. Assembly is well documented and takes only a few minutes. It also only takes a few minutes to master the initial rhythm of the machine. This machine is very practical for home use. My wife and I are both using it. However, for us it has an added bonus. We do travel often in our travel trailer. This machine is easily transported and set up while on the road as well. I received Stamina's InMotion Compact Strider as a birthday gift almost a month ago. As a former personal trainer, I was pleasantly surprised when such a small, lightweight, and inexpensive machine could provide such a wonderful workout. I also love the convenience of this product. It is completely self- powered, except for the battery- operated step/time/calorie/distance counter, easy to put together, and even easier to use. It is also versatile. You can stride forwards and backwards while standing, with or without the resistance bands, and you can also turn the product around and stride forward and backwards while seated. You can literally burn calories while sitting on your couch watching TV. One more thing that I love about Stamina's Strider is, that while standing, you automatically engage your core muscles and get an ab workout in addition to your legs( and arms if you are using the bands)!

I have to say, I am happily surprised with this Elliptical. First and foremost for me, a priority is the absolute lack of squeaking, grinding, grating or squealing noise when in operation. I bought it because it was labelled `` Ultra Silent '' and I was certain I would be horribly disappointed. Color me exceptionally wrong( and that is a rarity in my existence) because so far, smooth, and quiet beyond belief. Easy to assemble and up and running in about 30 minutes. It fit in the tiny weird alcove in my living room and my head does n't hit the ceiling which was my fear. I do not have to move the unit to use it due to the cleverly designed compact size. The next test will be continued usage and if the silent factor is maintained.

The quality of the machine is right for the price paid. If you have a long stride, this may not work well for you as the length of travel in the arc is shorter than most machines. That said, the unit is more compact than others and will fit in smaller spaces because of the shorter arc. Packaging was adequate. The included assembly `` instructions '' were not.( Scan the QR code on the cover of the included documentation to access detailed assembly materials.) Lastly, the bolts provided to secure the moveable arms do not fully seat themselves in the bolt openings. DO NOT over tighten them. Doing so will snap the fastener.

I have been using this for the last few weeks and have. Been so happy with the features. From the ease of use on the extremely large screen to the seamless transitions during the programs, this treadmill is amazing. The touchscreen is oversized and high quality. Whether I want to watch my trainer or watch my shows, the color definition is impeccable. Having the choice of which trainer I watch and where they are is great. The responsiveness of the screen is extremely quick and requires almost no load time. The operation of the treadmill is top quality. The cushioned load bearing base makes running easier on my joints. I can certainly tell a difference between running on an old treadmill or hard concrete and running on this. The incline and decline are quick and smooth. Often, I have barely noticed the transition until it's harder or easier. I only have a few cons. One is the inability to move it easily after it's been setup. Due to the weight, even with the rollers on the bottom, it is hard to adjust and ca n't be put in a stored position to clean under. The other con is also a pro. The ifit programming is wonderful, however, slightly expensive. To get the full benefits of this wonderful treadmill, a plan has to be purchased. The pros outweigh any cons on this machine. I have really liked this stepper machine. The workout you get within just a few minutes is very impressive or I ’ m just really out of shape haha. The assembly was actually very simple and straightforward which was nice. The assembly video QR code didn ’ t work but the instructions in the user ’s manual were easy to follow. There were a few screws that were a little hard to get in, but overall it wasn ’ t bad. It didn ’ t take long at all to put together. It was nice that all of the necessary tools came with the machine so I didn ’ t need anything else. The stepper doesn ’ t take up much space which is nice. Starting it up was super quick and easy. I will say, I don ’ t love that there isn ’ t an on/off switch. My gym is a little tight so crouching down to plug it in every time is a little tricky. I liked that I could start a manual workout literally as soon as I turned it on without connecting to the internet or a subscription. The screen is a good size, I wondered if I would want the larger size but overall, I think it's great. The fan is very powerful which is nice because seriously the workout is a killer! I 've tried a lot of different elliptical machines, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried the Nordic Track Elite FS16i elliptical! One of my favorite features on this machine is that each foot pedal is free- moving so that you can adjust your stride. It's great for shorter people like me, but it also gives me the flexibility to adjust my workout level just based on how I 'm feeling each day. It has an amazing tablet that connects to the iFit program but you can also download a selection of personal apps to watch shows while you workout. I like that you can adjust the incline and resistance on the hand bars so they are in easy reach. Even on the lowest setting, it provides a great workout. I was sweating in no time! This is a great elliptical machine for any home gym!

It has been years since I have been to the gym, but when I went, I never used any other cardio machine other than the elliptical. We have never owned one in our home. I worried about the space and if it would fit. I was very wrong. Even at full stride, it fits really well into our small- bedroom home gym. I feel like I can get a full stride with no issue. Using the resistance and incline controls right on the hand bars is probably my favorite feature though. One of the things that I liked about this elliptical was that the pedals were not stuck in one place so that you could adjust your stride length- this let people of different height be able to use the machine comfortably. It also means the overall length of the machine feels shorter than other ellipticals, which makes the machine fit better in a home setting. We really like this machine. It's very smooth in operation and very quiet. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble if you have any mechanical aptitude at all. It is super sturdy. I 'm 6 feet 4, 230 pounds and it handles my weight with no problem as well as providing plenty of range of motion. One of my favorite things is that it takes up very little space. I started using this bike in past month and have really enjoyed it. The initial set up and installation was simple and the instructions provided were detailed enough for two individuals to put together in a timely manner. I was easily able to login with my ifit login and begin to explore the workout options. The fan power is an improvement to my other NordicTrack exercise equipment and you can tell this is just a high quality product by the look and feel. The seat was uncomfortable at first but with some padded bike shorts and getting used it, its no longer an issue. Let me just say that the initial few workouts were HARD for me, so challenging. I thought I could start at intermediate and realized pretty quickly that I was at a beginner level and have been able to work my way up. The programs offer incredible workouts and with consistency I have been able to progress and notice an increase in strength and endurance. I have been truly impressed by the functions and features of the bike, especially with the auto incline, decline and resistance. These workouts are so fun and I think this is genuinely worth the financial investment.

My experience for home gym bikes has been pretty basic until this upgrade. We had a very simple bike, before and it was n't really enjoyable to use. This bike has been a huge improvement on that. I did n't realize that bikes were even capable of doing what this bike does. I have thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the bike not only allows you to adjust resistance but also elevation. It gives riding it a very realistic feel, because as it adjust elevations, you can feel the resistance changing as well. I never expected that to work as well as it does and to make it feel much more like you are really riding outside. One other feature that has been a very pleasant surprise is how quiet the machine is. I work from home and I am in the same room as the bike, and my wife can workout on it and not bother me at all. It is also nice how easily the seat adjust to fit different people. Easy to turn knobs that make it so you can go higher/lower or forward/backward. A couple minor issues I have ran into, that have n't altered my opinion of the bike at all. The first is I have done a couple Ifit exercises on it and it does n't always link up right with the elevation adjustments on the workout. I have had to manually adjust elevation during the workout to match where the workout says it should be. It works probably 90% of the time, but I have had a few times where it has n't adjusted. The other is that everything, other than the resistance and elevation, are controlled by the touch screen. At times, during a harder workout, it can be a little difficult to make changes to some things if you chose to, but this is a very minor thing compared to what all you can do with the machine. Overall I have loved the machine. I have never liked riding a trainer bike indoors, but this has changed my opinion on that. This is an incentivized review.

This bike has made it so much easier to train indoors. I 've tried a couple of other indoor trainers and this has been the easiest and most comfortable to get on and set up. It starts up quickly and the screen is large and responsive. If you have the iFIT subscription you can watch Amazon and Netflix shows as well as follow thier pre recorded work outs that they film all around the world. The bike is comfortable to sit on and has some good adjustablility in the seat as far as height and even forward and back positioning of the seat. It makes it easy for my husband and I to use because it is so adjustable. I really like the fans as well because I can get a bit warm working out indoors. Putting the bike together when we got it was pretty easy. There are some pieces that can be a little heavy but are n't a problem if you have two people. Also Make sure to tighten both adjusment knobs on the seat or they squeak and pop a little during your ride. I love this bike and am very happy with it. If you are looking for something quiet and sleek as well as very adjustable, this is the right one. This is an incentivized review. My opinion is honest and unbiased.

After three weeks, I 'm very pleased with this treadmill. I chose the SOLE F89 over others because I perceived SOLE to be a more open ecosystem by allowing streaming services to be natively available. It's not perfect as there are other apps I would like to add, but I am able to cast these from my mobile device as a work around. Hopefully this may open up to additional streaming apps or option to install from the store. I chose basic delivery and had a very smooth experience. Assembly was fairly easy. The box is HUGE, and I needed a helper to hold parts in place during assembly. My setup is on the ground level with tile floors. Once assembled, moving the F89 is easy-- also something I believe is a big plus for SOLE. I use the integrated fitness tracker, and it picks up my heartrate from the watch. This was important to me as I transitioned from another brand just to see my heartrate for the F89. The display is great. Sound is poor. Bluetooth is sketchy and does n't reconnect drops. It appears this was a problem with my first attempt headset/earbuds disconnecting and the treadmill not reconnecting. I swapped out the earbuds with a different set and it is much more stable. Build quality seems excellent. The belt and incline motors are very quiet. No creaks, squeaks, or strange noises. I 'm happy with the responsiveness of the speed and incline adjustments. The paddle controls are very nice.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

I just assembled the rower 2 days ago. Assembling instructions very clear and straightforward, it took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. Since then I used it twice and am happy with the results. I used to workout with a rowing machine at the gym, and like this one better, as you can use your arms in a wide opening, as opposed to the ones in the gym that you only bring your arms back and forth. Up to now I am very happy with the workout and best thing is I do n't have to leave the house to do it. The only complaint I have is that it does n't have a heart monitor, which is a very handy feature. I know that including it would raise the price, because of the need to install sensors and another function in the display, but I would be prepared to pay the difference, if it was a reasonable one. I am used to the HR monitor as I also have a static bike at home, and this one ahs the HR monitor and it is very handy. I will post a new development comment in a couple of weeks, after using it more times.

My Pilates Reformer has given me new life! I love love love it and for the first time in years have found an exercise program that I 'm eager to do every day and miss when I ca n't do it. After years of running both casually and training for marathons, I 've got to say this treadmill impresses me. The build quality is solid, and it runs super smooth compared to others I 've used. Really love having the decline option- it's something I 've wanted for a while and it makes indoor training feel much more like the real thing. Screen could be bigger and I wish I could tilt it, especially during longer runs. Interface gets a bit finicky when you 're really sweating on it too. I was excited to use the NordicTrack X16 to help me train for the hiking season, and it ’s been fantastic. The incline/decline feature is exactly what I was looking for — it challenges me with steep climbs and makes me feel like I ’ m walking real trails. I can already tell my stamina is improving. The iFit challenges are another highlight. I ’ ve been “ traveling ” through California while I work out, and the scenery keeps me motivated. The giant screen is so immersive. So far, I have loved the motivational dialog with the the iFit fitness trainers. They are relatable, real, and discuss how we can change everyday moments to improve our fitness. I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.
