I usually go fish for some spanish at the Ft. Desoto pier in Fl... I 've never had the opportunity to try this specific product so I gave it a try and it works great... Good for mackerel pier fishing. When I 'm lucky I can get a couple fish on it at the same time. On a couple occasions I got 3. These are pretty common at piers. I 've bought them several times. You do have to be careful when fishing around a lot of people or when you land a fish it will be get caught everywhere. Best to have a few extras on hand.
