Bought the shorts for a recent trip to Florida. They worked great. Perfect in the water, but fast- drying and enough pockets to wear throughout the day. One weird thing though… If you read the tag, it says it's hand wash only, which is insane for a pair of board shorts. I put them in the washer and they were fine.

The pants are comfortable and soft. The corduroy is not warm or hot, which is important here in Florida. The corduroy feels sturdy and does not feel cheap like some other brands. The shorts are true to the size advertised.

I could tell as soon as i received the hiking shorts this was a quality item. The organic cotton shorts are very soft with a little stretch to them. I love the color and design. The elastic waistband and drawstring in front helps to create a comfortable and secure fit. There are 2 large pockets in the front and 3 pockets in the back. There is a zippered pocket in bring the right back pocket to secure your valuables. The shorts are also UPF 50+ protection which iss big plus for me since i live in Florida. Even though the shorts are thick and durable they are comfortable and cooling when you wear them. I highly recommend these shorts for hiking or just hanging out at anytime during the day.

Currently my favorite shorts. They look good enough for everyday wear, and are light enough to be my go to for any outdoor adventure. They are waterproof so it saved me buying a new bathing suit. Only design issue is the zipper sticks out unless you remember to hide it.
