I bought these because I liked the zip- off Ferrosi's so much and these pants are great! Despite being in the same family, the fabric feels a little different between these and the zip- offs but still incredibly stretchy and breathable. Like the zip- off, these have the built- in draw string and leg cuffs which is handy for ditching the belt and being able to pull up the cuffs if you like. These have become more of my casual around town pant now because they 're just so comfortable.

The weight and fabric is breathable light. It is the lightest pants I have hiked with. In areas where shorts are not the best option but it is hot these have been a life saver! I like the pockets and drawstring at the waist and ankles. Beginners and experts could both benefit from these pants. The only drawback is that it is thin fabric which can snare on twigs and tear. Pretty durable for their weight though.

These trousers were the reason for me to fall in love with the Fjällräven brand. I 've used them extensively while camping, tenting, hiking and- yes- winter mountaineering. I absolutely love the design, materials and functionality. Those were my first pair of hiking pants with pre- bent knees and I felt the difference in comfort and freedom of movement. In hot summer days, they might feel a bit heavy, so the ventilations are essential to keep you cool. I can appreciate the front pockets as well, as they have enough depth and are easy to reach on the go. My pair is ageing quite well and has no issues with the durability even after extensive use and washing cycles- the color on the G- 1000 does start to fade a bit, but it looks even cooler that way. Overall these are one of my favorite trousers. For the winter mountain, they are a bit baggy and may get in the way of your crampons, so I switched to a pair of Bergtagen Stretch for that. Still, they can do the job and will not let you down. For all other seasons, they are unbeatable.

I 've bought three pairs of these pants over the years. They are slim- fitting, a bit stretchy, and lightweight. Good for summer. They have some nice details like the pockets and cuff snaps, although honestly I do n't use either of those much. They are very slim fitting, so make sure you do n't order them too small in the waist. A lot of outdoor clothing companies make pants similar to these-- light, slightly stretchy, clean- looking and not too complicated. I think these are one of the better versions.

The pants have a perfect amount of stretch, which makes them comfortable during a day on the trail, and when relaxing around camp afterward. The zippered legs come off and on easily, and the adjustable drawstring at the ankle allows you to cinch it up around your boot to help keep 6- 8 legged critters and trail debris out of your shoes. I ’ m 5 ’ 7 ”, 125lbs, with a 32 ” inseam. And I ’ m a weight lifter, so it ’s incredibly difficult to find hiking pants that fit in the glutes. These pants fit perfectly. They are long enough, they have sufficient glute room, they actually stay in place when I ’ m moving and don ’ t ride up/shift around. And, they ’ re flattering! And they have pockets such that my phone can fit without impinging my movement, or pulling down the pants. So glad I found these.

Although I had ordered the long version because I have long legs, I had never guessed that the trousers could be too long for me. I had to ask someone to shorten them. The pockets are very useful, eg on a citytrip. The trousers are a pleasure to wear and they look great. I love to wear them in the city and on nature hikes. [ These are literally the only non- wide leg outdoor pants that have ever fit my thighs and hips without falling down or gaping at the waist. I love them so much. They are so durable. I love that the fabric is weather resistant, quick drying, and ventilated. I love Fjällräven ’s warranty. They aren ’ t quite as high rise on the back as I would like, but otherwise these are amazing and comfortable and I would happily grab a drink or dinner in the( admittedly very casual) PNW urban area after. These are not my first pair and will not be my last, but that ’s because I love them so much. The first ones from a few years ago are still holding up despite multiple slides on scree, grazes with my crampons, and other issues that lesser pants could never dream to be able to handle. They are long, but the edges are raw so you can hem them yourself. I have adenomyosis and endometriosis and so sometimes I get that pregnant- looking belly, and then they do feel tight, but that ’s true of almost everything. Normal bloating doesn ’ t make them uncomfortable. For me, I would say they run larger than almost all trousers but smaller than the Fjällräven Abisko trekking and trail tights.

[ These pants are so versatile you can use it for everyday use. I love the rain and stain repellant feature because water just slides through it. It is also light enough that when washed i do n't need to put it in the dryer, i just hang it to air dry. I bought a pair last year and a 2nd pair just recently in a different color. the only i wish theses pants have are elastic waistband. The recommended use is hiking and when hiking the elastic waist band would 've been more comfortable with all that moving and bending you will do. I had a pair of these about 5 years ago when I walked the Camino in Spain. After walking, I backpackad throughout Europe for the next 12 months. These were my only pants. They are durable, lightweight, breathable, dry fast and I loved them for all of that plus the zippered pocket that kept my wallet and passport safe in Paris when two friends had theirs stolen. The majority of the time I hand washed them since an actual washing machine was wishful thinking. Fortunately, they do n't hold onto sweat and stink like some man- made fabrics so a sink, some warm water, a little bit of soap, and some elbow grease kept me from being too socially unacceptable. Did they pill? Yes, between the thighs. So what. The zippers held, no seams unraveled, the front button did n't pop when I first wore them and was too fat for them and the drawstring was a lifesaver when they were too loose when I finished. Ladies, these are a perfect pant. I just bought a new pair. It's the right time. Adventure awaits!

The most comfortable waistband. It has some type of very soft liner in the waistband that is a treat. Yes, these are a little higher- waisted then my other outdoor joggers, but it works because you can easily and comfortably, roll down the waistband without bulk. Material is so, so comfy( and no swish/swish when walking, etc). I 'm a 27/4 pants in Women's and probably could 've sized down to an XS). Length great at 5' 4 but the design is such that I can comfortably roll- up the bottom once and they still look 'cute' and are functional.

Finally, the absolute perfect pair of pants!! I am so excited! I have long been obsessed with the Ferrosi fabric, and joggers are my favorite style of pants. They are legitimately the most comfortable and functional pants I 've ever owned and I hope they make so many more colors. I fluctuate between the 16 and 16W sizes in the regular Ferrosi pants, and the XL in the joggers fit me perfectly. I could also probably wear the XXL but they 'd be significantly looser than the model in the pic and I like them a little form fitting. I would say to size down if you 're in between sizes unless you want them baggy. The drawstring waist is so comfy and non- restrictive, and the cuffs hit right at the ankle of my 5'10 '' frame. They are the perfect amount of stretchy but hold their shape, they 're super breathable and water resistant, and honestly more comfortable than most of my pajama pants! Way to go OR!

I love the way these pants feel and look. I recently bike commuted in them in the rain and unexpectedly they did great shedding water, they barely got wet at all. I love the stretchy waistband and overall fit. Being a little taller, they bottoms are a few inches above my ankles but that's fine if you 're looking for that. I would love an identical option that extended another 6 '' or so and in a few more fun colors. I 'm about 5' 7 '' and 133# and a size S was just right to avoid a baggy look that still moved well. I always seem to fall somewhere between an OR size S and M for bottoms, though.

I do wish they were a bit thicker( like this version from years ago), but they are thick enough for construction work. They happen to be just right for backpacking in the Winds of Wyoming- warm days, cold nights. As to the comments from others about being too tight, order a larger size… Pockets are adequate for what I put in them but they are not giant cargo pockets. One of the best features is the strategic stretch material. Pants are never binding and always comfortable. Thank you for making an amazing product!

No offense, but size up. I ’ m specifically speaking to my thiqq boys that make noise in the gym. We love leg day, we do it because it allows us to hike for longer. We do it for the glutes. Trust me when I say it ’s not you it ’s them. Size up and thank me later. Aside from the sizing I love these and I personally think they are a great investment if you want to take your hiking attire to the next level. Ventilation isn ’ t the cure for everything and everyone sweats differently. The ventilation here definitely cured my souther sweat factory. I used these on a hike and my back was getting sweaty so on way back I ventilated and holy cow what a difference. You sacrifice a pocket and some thigh space by having the zipper to ventilate but this thiqq boy doesn ’ t like to chafe and am I happy I found these. I still give these a 5 star regardless of the size up. I do not like to have a sweaty bottom or back and this did exactly what I needed. Take the time and invest in gear that will last longer, haste makes chafe.

I love these pants. Lightweight, comfortable, and look great on you( at least I think they look great one me) I always have a hard time finding pants short enough for me. Normally short inseams are always too long for me, but these pants are perfect for a short gal like me. These are really comfortable when I ’ m out and about or working around the house. With a nice elastic waist band there is no need for a belt( YaY) and the pockets are large enough to hold my phone while I walk to the mailbox. I 'm so glad I did n't order these online, I opted to try on my normal size at a local retailer and they were crazy tight, like early 2000s skinny jeans. I then tried on 2 sizes up from my regular waist size and they fit nicely with a belt. If you work out and have thighs and glutes that are semi- built order a size or two up in the waist for mobility. As far as quality goes, I like the thickness and rigidity of the material, definitely a nice resistant fabric.

They go on and off so easily compared to my traditional style overalls. I live in the mountains of north GA, and they 're perfect for our changeable spring weather. I 'm 5' 7 '' 110 lbs, and the size S is a comfortable roomy fit. I might could have worn the XS, but I think it would have been too short. I bought the black. If they still had the stone in my size, I 'd be buying them, too!

I loved the fit right off the hop so I bought two pairs. I 've been rocking these for 8 months now and they show no signs of wear. Solid construction that you can trust in the bush. Bear spray fits perfectly in the front thigh pocket. I bought size 38. I am 5' 5 '', fluctuate between 134- 137lb. 28- 29 '' waist, 38 '' hips. On my skinnier feeling days they are loose, and on my cycle or if I 've just been on indulgent vacation they feel amazing still! I have the regular Keb pants and they are a bit heavier with a tighter feeling. I choose the keb agile pants 90% of the time. Keb agile are my fav pants by far. Thanks Fjallraven!

They wash up nicely in the sink and dry overnight. Lots of pockets. the pants stretch nicely and do n't bind at the waist at all.( this is the new updated fit, and i love it)!

I wanted to love the keb trousers but I couldn ’ t get over a few flaws. The thicker material is not ideal for summer conditions and the reinforced butt gave me a uni- butt. I recently bought the keb agile trousers and they are perfect. The pants are thinner, still durable, and have quite a bit of stretch! Overall I think these new trousers are the perfect edition to my hiking wardrobe.

This is my first Fjallraven pair of trousers. I 've previously bought from other outdoor brands. Pros: Material seems high quality and very breathable even with long johns underneath. It feels durable and the stitching is immaculate. It has a lot of ventilation pockets and deep storage pockets. Deep pocket placement is great so items wo n't poke you while walking or squatting/sitting. The ankles are slightly flared so thick socks and boots can fit comfortably. They also have buttons so you can do a tighter fit. It is comfortably high waisted and makes movement smooth/easy. I have a curvy figure and the fit is very flattering. No crotch seam. Cons: there are questionable too many seams, which squeeze on you when squatting or bending the knee, but the pants may be flexible because of the seams. It is not a stretchy material so your size is very important. It hugs your waist, so it is not easy to put the pants on as a curvy person. Once it's on, it feels like a second skin though. It does run small. I was hoping a large would let me wear a base layer, but it just barely fits. With the amount of seams, a base layer will probably protect your skin from seams digging in. Will update once I take it out for a few weeks.

[ bought these for a 10 day sailing trip. we had all day rain one day and the pants kept me dry. I was questioning whether the full zip would allow water pentation, but it did not in my case of mostly standing. The full zip was great for getting them on and off easily without removing footwear. I was also able to sit on wet surfaces without water coming through.

Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. First, the best thing about the previous version is the ultra lightweight ripstop fabric and how well it performs in hot weather- the only comparable pants I ’ ve found in weight are the Patagonia Terrebonne joggers, and these are somehow feel even cooler in hot( 90+ F) humid weather. The new 2024 version feels like it has the same fit, but improves on some annoyances from last year: 1. The waistband is slightly elastic, which is more comfortable from previous near 0 stretch 2. The pockets are deeper and the zip pocket has been moved from the front thigh to the side hip. This is a big improvement where your phone no longer barely fits in the pocket or runs up against your hipbone when sitting 3. The construction feels higher quality and more premium. Too early to tell on how durability will compare but definitely feels like it ’ ll perform better Very happy with all the changes made!

I 've been looking for a lighter version of hike and cross- country ski pants and these fit the bill perfectly! I practically 'live' in these pants as they are really comfortable! Took these on a trip around the Colorado four pass loop. As is typical, we got caught in an afternoon storm at 10, 000 feet and suited up. Pants kept us dry from the rain and wete sufficiently breathable for 2 hours of rainy hiking. They are definitely pants to put on BEFORE it rains because the ankle zips do n't accommodate footwear too well. But I knew that going in. Zippers are fail points for waters so we elected to minimize the water ingress points. Tl; dr kept us dry. Breathed well for intense, medium duration active wear
