I bought this two weeks ago after experiencing some upper back and neck pain. A coworker brought one to work to use for lower back pain and said it helped. I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. These have become a key part of running recovery for me and my partner. I also love to use them after a long shift at the hospital, my legs always feel heavy after a shift and this seems to help get the blood/lymph moving. The only downside is that my legs are not very long( I 'm 5' 6 '') so my feet do n't go all the way into the boot area. If you 're any shorter than me, I would look into an option for shorter legs, as I imagine that having your foot in a neutral position would be a bit more comfortable. Overall, great product!

I work with my hands always, and the stress and strain can be brutal. Gripping, pulling, pushing all day can take its toll. I had half torn my plantar fascial tendon some 20 years ago in a athletic competition. This little tool is really helpfull to relieve pain when it comes back. It does seem to work preventatively, too.( If only I did not get lazy when the pain recedes...). I 've got both orange an black, they are both pretty good. I bought this product to foam roll my calves and hamstrings as I find this awkward with a regular roller. I ’ m happy to say it ’s much easier to use and seems effective. The knobs on the handles are treat for trigger pointing any hot spots. I like that I can use this roller while sitting in a chair so it ’s great for when I ’ m working. Really pleased with my RumbleRoller Gator. It's designed to perform friction massage, which you ca n't really do safely on traditional rollers. The tendonitis in my pecs have responded really well to the daily Gator friction massage. I found the Gator online through an article by a trusted source and went into a Dick's store for a first- hand look. Of course no one at Dick's minded at all that I was rolling around on their floor.
