I was a little skeptical at first due to the price but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. It is worth every penny! It's great to work and dig into muscle. I had half torn my plantar fascial tendon some 20 years ago in a athletic competition. This little tool is really helpfull to relieve pain when it comes back. It does seem to work preventatively, too.( If only I did not get lazy when the pain recedes...). I 've got both orange an black, they are both pretty good. I would say black may be even better when not having an acute pain- it goes a little deeper.
