I had half torn my plantar fascial tendon some 20 years ago in a athletic competition. This little tool is really helpfull to relieve pain when it comes back. It does seem to work preventatively, too.( If only I did not get lazy when the pain recedes...). I 've got both orange an black, they are both pretty good.
