As a regular foam roller user I was intrigued when I started seeing advertisement videos for these Chirp Wheels all over sonically media… at first I thought they were just another gimmick and couldn ’ t justify the additional cost when compared to a standard foam roller… then I started to read the reviews and even had some friends recommend them… so I finally decided to give in to the hype and buy them… and WOW am I ever glad I did!!! Unless you hate your back and ca n't say goodbye to its knots, get this Chirp set now! Easily the best item I have bought in a v long time. Have used it every day and it has yet to not ease the knots and clickity click sections of my back, like in the video. The gridding creates pressure without being aggressive.( I would like a slightly firmer, more gripping pattern option to go deeper into breaking up knots in at least one of these.) I was a little skeptical at first due to the price but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. It is worth every penny! It's great to work and dig into muscle. The handle is great, but I am waiting to see if the brackets that hold the ball will hold up to every day rolling. Great tool to have in your healing arsenal.
