I 've owned many pairs of the original Stretch Zion shorts and now have moved to the new version. The new Stretch Zion II is has a few changes, but in my opinion, they are still a great pair of shorts. The minor changes like the plastic button and the new fabric still work fine and did n't bother me. Going to the plastic button from the metal one only took a few times of wearing them to get easier to button. The new fabric is still super soft and comfortable but has a sort of shine to it when the light hits them just right. Not a big deal for me. The things that make these my favorite shorts are the comfortable fabric, the adjustable waist band, the color options, and the different pockets. They are also very versatile, I can wear them for activities like hiking and also to a nice restaurant. I own multiple pairs because I wear them all summer.

The material on the woven outer is very durable and almost weather proof. I do wish that the inner lining was a softer material as I am always on the move and when I start to sweat the inner material becomes a little uncomfortable. As for the design I love the modern front seams on the shorts as it is very flattering for a girl my size. What I really love most about these shorts are the fit. One piece of feedback would be to change the inner liner of the shorts to a softer material. Overall, I can definitely recommend these shorts.

These fit perfectly. I 'm 6' 1 and 210, wearing a size 34. My hands fit well in the pockets and a cellphone fits in the back pocket. The material stretches nicely so they have yet to feel kinked or tight. Looks good too. Will likely buy another pair!

Excellent fit and cut. Maybe run a little tight in the waist and hips, slim through the leg. The new AP Active fabric is amazing. Its super soft, breathable, has great stretch. I am giving 4* because the front hip pockets are awkwardly short. I have a normal sized mobile phone and it wo n't fit in those pockets( or the rear pockets) vertically. Also, I wonder about the durability of the fabric long term. That being said, I am going to get another pair. I 'd buy even more if these were a tad heavier and with 5 pocket styling.

I ’ m not exaggerating when I say that these shorts fit and perform perfectly. I have tried countless other brands and they ’ ve never hit the mark. These do. At 5 ’ 9 140lbs, the smalls fit just below the waist and the liner is so nice, I forget it ’s there. I started with 2 pairs and then after a week of use, gave away my other shorts and bought two more pair! Needless to say, I ’ m extremely satisfied.
