I used to be really big into yoga and Pilates which forced me to stretch regularly. Then life happened, my focus changed and I stopped but I missed the stretch. As you can see in my pics my hips are TIGHT. But not for long. Most people use yoga blocks for only yoga poses and forget how helpful they are for stretching. This block is light weight and offers 3 levels of stretch or use. Flat for beginners, side for medium and upright for those with a little more flexibility. And I love the cork look just because it ’s different.

The band is tight and there is n't too much cleavage compared to other sports bras. Previous Calia bras I 've bought had problems with the elastic coming out after a few washes. I 've had this one for a few months and it is still in perfect condition. One thing I wish this brand would do is get rid of the tags. Every now and then the tag pokes me when I 'm working out.

I have been using a good mat for yoga, though basic, it has helped me 6 months in my practice. This Manduka mat is really worth the price since it has enough cushioning, not so much that makes one lose balance but good for a head stand. Also, it has a great grip for positions when you press hard with hands and feet. It is long enough for me to fit laying down and it is n't that heavy. A very good product overall, I highly recoment it for anyone who practices yoga or even other sports.

So far, so good and I feel much more inclined to work out when there's no travel involved( climbing into a car seat exacerbates my hip problem!) I bought a smaller version first, but exchanged it for the Aeropilates reformer pro xp 556 for two reasons. 1) the first was too short( I 'm 5' 10 '') and 2) the folding version has a bump in the rails the carriage rides on because it folds. Exchanged it with no problems. Got my new reformer and I 'm sooooo pleased. I work out on it every evening before going to bed. It is so relaxing, so challenging and so effective!!! I 'm 54 and suffer with back issues and arthritis. My regular workouts are helping relieve the arthritis pain( that's the reason I do it before bedtime) and strengthening my core muscles to help with back issues. I see this as an investment because it is an exercise routine made to age with. The quality is amazing. The carriage is very smooth, the frame is super sturdy and it's very versatile allowing a large number of exercises you can perform. I am planning on buying the box and pole that go with it to work more on my low back. If you buy it and use it, I think you will love your reformer too!!!

I feel good after exercising with it and it never gets boring. My body is really changing and getting stronger. The name is misleading I have a work related back injury and thought this was a apparatus for the spine when it is actually a core apparatus after it arrived I immediately watched the DVD to see how I was going to correct my spine and the secret is abdominal training core strengthening exercises. I am a beginner with little to no core strength so I have n't really got to use this correctly but, I can review the product construction: It is made from solid wood on the exterior, the interior looks to be veneered plywood and pine slats, this is covered with a polyurethane foam 100% then upholstered in a vinyl nylon fabric, to me it feels more like plastic then leather, all the handles are cast aluminum and the strap nylon. It is very solid I weigh 200+ pounds so it creaked when I sat on it. I did a couple exercises and realized I 'm not ready for this but can work up to it. as for the questions that follow I do n't have any friends or colleagues I 'm an injured worker with a work related injury all alone.
