If you are looking for a standard EXERCISE bike without all the unnecessary- and more costly bells and whistles- then this is the bike for you! The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

I bought Strider bikes when my twin children were 2.( I originally got them a bike with training wheels to share because it is impossible for me to help 2 little kids on their bikes at the same time so someone would n't fall off the bike). Striders were our best options. They are very lightweight and our twin toddlers can ride independently. They used it every summer and by the third summer( age 4. 5), they were able to ride a bike without training wheels. It only took them a few minutes and they took off! The quality of the Marcy NS- 652 is fantastic. The size is easy to move from storage to use. The assembly is very easy too. I had to have my husband shorten the seat an inch. I am petite. I was a little skeptical considering I already have a recumbent bike that is not quiet but figured what the heck. This bike was easy to put together, love that it folds for easy storage, love that it ’s light enough that I can move it by myself, and I am amazed at how quiet this bike is!!! I live in a condo and I use this bike a various times and no one can hear a thing! I love that the seat on this bike bigger then the seats at a spin class( because I have a much larger bottom then those seats which makes it hard to enjoy the class). Sturdy, nothing wobbles/rattles. Very quiet, I can watch TV on normal volume. The seat has nice cushion. Display is simple, easy to use. Assembly was more extensive than expected but easy enough for one person. I have a 27 '' inseam and the shortest setting only fits when I 'm wearing shoes, which is fine since bare foot would hurt( the peddles are spiky for grip). I would n't recommend this style( upright) over `` recumbent '' for anyone with back issues, since there's no backrest. Also this works out more than just your legs( glutes, abs, back, etc) where recumbent is just legs. The folding feature is nice but I actually do n't use it since the bike size is already compact.

I got this bike as I am temporarily unable to run due to a neck injury. It was pretty simple to assemble( although some of the instructions were a little hard to decipher). All parts were in the box along with some tools to put it together if you do n't already have your own tools. SO far, I have used it daily and I find the motion is very quiet and smooth. I like the simplicity of the display and, for anyone wondering, you can reset each workout `` session '' by holding down the button and your session distance and time will reset. The bike does have an odometer so it will continue to track your entire distance overall, which I like. There is also a nice feature that the screen will toggle through all the items on the screen if you choose the `` scan '' option on the screen. Or you can just have it set to stay on distance or time so that is a nice feature to have a little flexibility. I also really like the back of the seat since, as mentioned above, I 'm dealing with a neck injury so I can sit back and not worry about needing extra support. The side handles are very nice too for when I sit back and peddle. An excellent bike for anyone looking for something without any extra bells and whistles that does what it should do at a very reasonable price.

Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I am also loving the World Tour tracks and the fact that with the SunnyFit app it can automatically change resistance as you ride if you want it to do that. [ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.
