here's how much i love these boots. for the last 2 decades they have been on a constant rotation: oldest to still- in- the- box. as the oldest worn- out pair rotate out into the garbage( after years), the next pair moves to oldest slot for really dirty work, and i open the box for the newest pair for general wear. as soon as that box is opened, i order the next box. so, i always have a ratty pair, a semi ratty pair, a new pair, and a boxed pair. they are everyday wear, work& non- work, on& off the motorcycle. highly recommend, obviously.

These are very comfortable, dry and warm. I have had these boots since 2001 and they are still holding up. I worked commercial construction and these have held up to walking and climbing up and down all day. Will wash them down and then apply mink oil paste to the leather. I normally add an extra insert for added support, but there really is no need for these boots. While mainly for work, i definitely want to get the most out of these boots, but i must say that these particular boots i have are not cut out for hiking. Not the MOST comfortable, but it is a more old school boot. Soles hold up incredibly well considering I walk on broken glass every day. perfect boot. Tread tracks minimal mud into cabs, but enough grip to keep me sliding off machine tracks. This is the most comfortable boot I have ever wore. I am now wearing them on a factory floor. Very Comfortable. Please NEVER discontinue. I recommend this style to everybody I work with.
