[ Like everything danner makes it is great leather. I rock a 13 wide in sneakers and got a 12 wide for this boot. It fit snug at first especially around the top arch of the foot. After about two weeks of breakin they are comfortable but tight enough to provide appropriate traction. I think after a couple months of molding they will be on the top for comfortability.

I been wearing these boots for a couple of years now. They are the best work boot I 've ever worn. I have a pair of the 4. 5 '' and these 8 '' I wear them at different times depending on the job. These are perfect if you have a wide foot but not too wide. Regular boots are usually too narrow for me. Wide boots are usually too wide. I was told that Danner Boots run `` Narrow '' That probably is true cause the wide ones fit me perfect. Not too wide like the other brands.

I already own these boots without the safety toe and love them. These are no different aside of the break- in period. The non- steel toe were like house slippers from day one. These have taken a few weeks of wear to soften up and I am still having an issue with my left boot, but the right is great. They are extremely comfortable and easy to stand on most of the day. They run perfect to size and the steel toe is not invasive like other brands I have tried. I work in an environment that has a number of silicone based chemicals on the floor and it is slippery, but not in these boots! I have not even come close since I started wearing them. This USA Georgia Boot Logger is built like a dang tank, but rides or feels like a Cadillac once broken in. The comfort core footbed is different for sure, but it is very comfortable. Because they ’ re multiple layers of leather, break in does take some time, but it ’s not terrible. I do own 3 pairs of this boot and rotate them out. Boot is very stable and have great traction and grip. I do wear other brands too, but this boot seems to be one of my go to, for sure. Georgia Boot knocked it out of the park with this one. The question you should ask yourself is why you shouldn ’ t buy the Bull Run. The price comes in well under classic red wing and Chippewa boots and these are way more comfortable in my humble opinion. The sizing is fairly true to size with medium to thicker socks but I ’ d dize down 1/2 if wearing thin socks. I ’ m very stoked on these boots!

Break in is brutal because the leather is tough and stiff but that is what you need for work boots. Carry some band aids for blisters your first week. I been wearing these boots for a couple of years now. They are the best work boot I 've ever worn. I have a pair of the 4. 5 '' and these 8 '' I wear them at different times depending on the job. These are perfect if you have a wide foot but not too wide. Regular boots are usually too narrow for me. Wide boots are usually too wide. I was told that Danner Boots run `` Narrow '' That probably is true cause the wide ones fit me perfect. Not too wide like the other brands.

They seem to be a size smaller than normal size. I have always wore a 9 1/2 in all my shoes and boots but they seem to fit like an 8 1/2. Other than the size difference, these seem to be some of the best built and great quality boots that I ’ ve purchased in a long time. Hopefully after I get the right size, they will last me a while.

The Rocky Rider Lacer boot is the most versatile footwear you can buy for outdoor activities. They combine rugged construction with great comfort. I use mine for hiking, horseback riding, and fishing. They 're way more comfortable than cowboy boots and the soles have a great grip in rough/wet terrain.
