Really pleased with my RumbleRoller Gator. It's designed to perform friction massage, which you ca n't really do safely on traditional rollers. The tendonitis in my pecs have responded really well to the daily Gator friction massage. I found the Gator online through an article by a trusted source and went into a Dick's store for a first- hand look. Of course no one at Dick's minded at all that I was rolling around on their floor. I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. I bought this product to foam roll my calves and hamstrings as I find this awkward with a regular roller. I ’ m happy to say it ’s much easier to use and seems effective. The knobs on the handles are treat for trigger pointing any hot spots. I like that I can use this roller while sitting in a chair so it ’s great for when I ’ m working. It ’s very easy to adjust the intensity just by pushing more or less with your arms, so you can have as firm or light massage as you want.

I was a little skeptical at first due to the price but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. It is worth every penny! It's great to work and dig into muscle. The handle is great, but I am waiting to see if the brackets that hold the ball will hold up to every day rolling. Great tool to have in your healing arsenal.
