I spend more time on foot than in the boat so I was after a boot that would be durable and sturdy across land as much as in the water. The M's Flyweight are performing well in this regard. The sole is remarkably `` sticky '' so far and inspires a lot of confidence in stability. I ca n't imagine what they 'd be like with cleats! They are a boot so they do have a bit of heft to them, but relative to other boots I have used these are pretty light.

Over all I love these boots, light, easy on and off, great grip with stud, and they have help up well. My only criticism is the web shoe lace eyes seen to be a little light. They have started to fray a little and one of them has torn through. I would have given a 4 1/2 but couldn ’ t, they are still a great boot.

Fantastic wading boots! Lightweight and low profile provides good ankle support and dexterity while boulder hopping compared to a high profile boot. I bought these after reading the reviews which indicated some purchasers were having discomfort at the ankle. I have worn them indoors for 1- 2 hours without difficulty and then started wearing them outdoors for 1- 2 hour walks with my dog. We were on sidewalks and in wooded areas. I walked in long grasses on rough ground. I have had no issues and find them to be comfortable and supportive. I will now be wearing them for full days outside when the weather is colder and wetter. I am very pleased with them.

I love these boots. Got my first pair of Georgia boots back in high school. Finally a waterproof boot advertised truthfully. Was n't big on the heel being so high but once I broke these in, they are my most comfortable boot. The ONLY negative I have is that, for a work boot, I expected tougher rubber. I 'm a manual machinist and all the hot sharp metal chips I pull are next to me on the ground. The tread has deteriorated and come to nearly unusable for hiking after only 6 months. I hate that because I 've had other brands I did n't care for like my danners and the tread was the only thing they had going for them, and those lasted well over two years. However I still love the comfort and waterproof to this boot. Many wet days in the mountains of North Idaho. I can hike comfortably for miles and miles up and down steep terrain without tiring and blistering my feet and my feet are always the only dry part of my body. First time in my life that's happened. Thank you Georgia Boot.

I work for the USPS, I walk anywhere from 9 to 13 miles a day. Jumping in and out of trucks, lifting packages and delivering mail. All tennis shoes, and boots id tried before where leaving my feet torn up with blisters and hot spots. Have had these boots about a month now, all my hot spots and blisters are healed. These boots are extremely comfortable, and offer fantastic ankle support the amazing traction has saved my butt going over Arizonas gravel yards and driveways. Be aware though these boots while not steel toed are still very heavy! Weighing in at about 2. 5 lbs each, they make for a great leg workout that takes some getting used too.

These are by far the best boots ive ever had in my 28years... I bout mine back in 2017 as a wildland firefighter we have to have 8 '' full leather with vibrant soles and for the price of these i couldnt pass them up... I have had them for 5yeara and where them more the shoes as well as fight fires every summer and have yet to even have to have Any work done to them yet. Now coming up on year 6 i definitely need them repaired cant afford that at the moment but am looking at just buying these same exact ones new to start my 6th season as a wildland firefighter... I ’ m very happy with my new Simms boots. I have a wider foot and these boots have plenty of room. I love the boa system. It does require you to tighten the boots a few times in the first few minutes that you ’ re wearing they but the secure fit is wonderful.

These boots are great. Very light and so quick to wear. I have showed them to others. You can slide into them so easily and the fit is great whether wet wading or in waders! I have used them to Steelhead fish and to cut a tree out of the river to provide passage for boats.
