Just be aware, when Nike said loose, they meant it. I usually wear L/XL, and here had to downsize to M. Could actually probably wear the S if I really wanted to. Otherwise, really like the design. Will have to wait for colder weather to really test it though.

One of the best parts of this jacket is how well it holds up in gusty conditions. Even without layering heavily, I could feel noticeably less wind- chill than with my old softshell. Very happy with that. The hand pockets are secure, the sleeve pocket is handy for small stuff, and mesh pocket bags help with breathability. The drawcord hem and elastic cuffs let me tighten things up nicely when wind picks up.

[ This jacket is pretty much everything you want it to be for a running coat or rain coat or everyday wear coat!:) It is so thin, lightweight and the material is very stretchy. I love that it's made of 75% recycled material and is also waterproof. Cool! My favorites about this coat are in the details though!! The sleeves have elastic so you can pull them up your arms and they stay. The zipper pulls all have a little extender on them for convenient use and there is an elastic hook to hang the coat by. Probably my favorite detail is the design of the hood pulls. You can pull your hood tight and lock it into place with a stopper. But even more awesome, the stopper is on a loop with a little blocking washer so your strings wo n't get lost in the holes of the hood during wear or washing. Amazing design!!! The only thing I would mention here is that I am a woman and this is a mens coat so the design is very straight; no room for hips at all- so I would suggest getting a womens style coat if you are at all curvy. For me I just tuck it under. Also for a men's small to fit me perfect makes me think it may run a bit small( as I think most Nike items do). Overall, highly recommend.

I travel a lot for work and carry a heavy back pack, I replaced my small umbrella with this jacket. It rolls up pretty small and is a lot lighter than the umbrella, which helps with reducing weight of having to lug around through my travels. The stylish look combined with the light weight stretchy feel makes this jacket stand alone in my collection that I 'll resort to for many occasions and not just for a cloudy rainy day. It's also not like any other typical rain coats, this one does n't make you feel like you 're wearing a plastic bag and make you all sweaty. After buying this I sold all my Rab, Montane, North Face etc jackets- this is better all round, warmer in the cold( totally wind resistant), more resistant to water, more breathable, tougher, it looks fantastic( always getting asked about it) and will probably last 20 years. It fits perfectly- though go a size down. Pockets are excellent esp the inside pocket, insulated hood works beautifully and still has room for a beanie if its really cold- only thing to note is there is no drawstring waist- presumably because of the down- but it doesnt impact anything. After buying this i bought the insulated Kiruna... hardest decision of the day is which one to put on...

I ordered both this jacket and the re- wool jacket. Both seem like nice, warm options for Wisconsin winters. I 'm 5'11 '' tall, 185 pounds. I 'm torso- tall, a bit of a rounded belly, with average shoulder width. This down jacket was ordered in size large, which is a bit too snug on me. The re- wool was purchased in size XL, which is perfect. Planning to return this down jacket and wait to see if the re- wool gets me through the winter. If I feel like I need a better water- resistant jacket, then I 'll consider buying this down coat in size XL. Again, seems like a great coat, solid quality, a nice hood, good sleeve length.

This coat is everything from the well- designed color- blocking to the gender neutral olive colorway to the tonal grid pattern to the zippers to the elastic cuffs( so much easier for ski gloves than the traditional velcro) to the extreme warmth. So I did a bit of research and found it with you! Perfect all the way around. I do ski a bit so this was perfect for that. I was t sure I would need this for Alaska but as luck would have it the temperature really dropped and it even snowed. I was quite cozy and looked great too. This jacket is one of the best quality ski jackets on the market now. I would say it's comparable to Helly Hansen's Alphelia jacket in terms of fit and features but for a lower price point. It even has a similar fit to the Arc'teryx jackets if you cinch the waistline in and tuck it. You can get away with wearing no layers underneath this jacket in 30F weather. I 've already gotten many compliments and will be wearing this to back to back ski trips in Vermont and Colorado! I agree with other reviews that a snow helmet can not fit underneath the hood, but that is NOT a con for me as wearing a hood while skiing usually obstructs my view anyway.

I bought the Lawernce Jacket and matching pants in Alpine Green and when I wear them together I get asked if I work for the forestry service so maybe I should have gone for another color. It's a great jacket with lots of pockets in the right spot. I appreciate the cell phone leash and the goggle whips built in. [ Exactly what I was looking for! I ’ m bigger but short, so I hate how long jackets are on me when I would get bigger sizes. This fixes all of those issues! Since it ’s cropped it rests right at my hips and I have plenty of room to move around in it. It is a little big on my shoulders but I wouldn ’ t size down to a M. It ’s super comfy and warm, and I love the colors.

I could definitely keep the medium since it fits comfortably roomy when zipped up, but I may return this for a small since I 'd like this to be just a smidgen smaller and more cinched. I bought the black version. I love the green on the jacket but I wish it was a different color ONLY because my complexion is pale and the reflection of the green against my skin makes my skin look dull and washed out. So I may exchange for a small or I may just return, but it's not due to the quality and appeal of the jacket itself, it's just me and my pale skin. 5/5 stars.
