[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. The quality of the Marcy NS- 652 is fantastic. The size is easy to move from storage to use. The assembly is very easy too. I had to have my husband shorten the seat an inch. I am petite. Until he shortened the seat, I had to fully extend my legs to pedal and I was not sitting on the bike correctly. The bike is exactly what I wanted to stay active and enjoy life with less hip pain. Exercise is the answer.

When reading reviews about this bike The one thing that I noticed was that every review said this bike was super quiet. I was a little skeptical considering I already have a recumbent bike that is not quiet but figured what the heck. This bike was easy to put together, love that it folds for easy storage, love that it ’s light enough that I can move it by myself, and I am amazed at how quiet this bike is!!! I live in a condo and I use this bike a various times and no one can hear a thing! I love that the seat on this bike bigger then the seats at a spin class( because I have a much larger bottom then those seats which makes it hard to enjoy the class). Lastly I like how easy you can change the resisence on the bike! Overall, a great purchase and I highly recommend! Great on the joints!

Sturdy, nothing wobbles/rattles. Very quiet, I can watch TV on normal volume. The seat has nice cushion. Display is simple, easy to use. Assembly was more extensive than expected but easy enough for one person. I have a 27 '' inseam and the shortest setting only fits when I 'm wearing shoes, which is fine since bare foot would hurt( the peddles are spiky for grip). I would n't recommend this style( upright) over `` recumbent '' for anyone with back issues, since there's no backrest. Also this works out more than just your legs( glutes, abs, back, etc) where recumbent is just legs. The folding feature is nice but I actually do n't use it since the bike size is already compact.

I ’ ve had my bike for a couple weeks( after the shipping was severely delayed) and I enjoy it so far. The only thing that is bothersome is the the foot straps don ’ t stay on very well. I would recommend the bike though.

If you are looking for a standard EXERCISE bike without all the unnecessary- and more costly bells and whistles- then this is the bike for you! The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

The bike is sturdy, and relatively easy to assemble. I researched many bikes in the$ 200 price range, and the Marcy was at the top of almost every category. I 'm not thrilled with the very cheesy computer, but the space between the handlebars fits my iPad perfectly, and I use a riding app to measure my distance/speed.

This Bike offers a Very Basic Style for Exercise and MIGHT be Best Suited for Older Folks Im 75 and Love It. It Also Can Be Used almost Anywhere due to being Lightweight and Compact. I do wish it had a Plug In Option for Power as Opposed to Battery Only. But No Real Complaints

We 've used the stationary bike for about a month now, 3- 4 days a week. The pedal action is very smooth and the amount of adjustments is ample allowing both my 6' 1 '' and my wife's 5' 1 '' height to be accommodated. It is, however, a bit wobbly. Vigorous pedaling causes the whole thing to sway, although it never feels like it is going to flop over. Overall, a good piece of equipment at a reasonable price.

The bike was easy to assemble, and the accessory placements seem to be well thought out. The LCD screen is a good size, and the available workouts through the software contain a nice variety that keep me interested. And the workouts are tough!
