I am not the type of person to leave a review, but these joggers are TOO good. I 'm a 5' 2, 130lb girl who lifts weight and does cardio on the regular. These pants are great for either activity- even just walking about. They are extremely comfy and I LOVE the adjustable cuffs on the bottom. The side pockets also have buttons, which I think is a underrated feature. Overall, they are very secure and something that can last in the long run. My last pair shrunk a bit so I upsided on these in case of that. These are the most comfortable hiking pants I have owned. Also very durable. My last pair had the zipper to make shorts, which I hardly ever used and was less comfortable due to the zipper. These are perfect when you want some coverage hiking but also breathability when you get a sweat going. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a solid hiking pant.

I ’ ve put a ton of wear and tear on these pants with backpacking, hiking, rock climbing, and general travel. For being as breathable and light as these are, they hold up to abrasions pretty well. I ’ ve had tons of branches, rocks, and trees slide on these without any major damage. The integrated shoelace/string belt on the interior of the waist is a great little compliment to the external belt loops, no extra bulk with a little extra security. One small negative I have for these are the elastic cinches at the cuffs. They ’ ve held up fine so far, but I ’ m always worried about losing one of the little clips that go on them. Just make sure you loosen them before taking the pants off and double check that the 2 pieces are still there.

Took these on a trip around the Colorado four pass loop. As is typical, we got caught in an afternoon storm at 10, 000 feet and suited up. Pants kept us dry from the rain and wete sufficiently breathable for 2 hours of rainy hiking. They are definitely pants to put on BEFORE it rains because the ankle zips do n't accommodate footwear too well. But I knew that going in. Zippers are fail points for waters so we elected to minimize the water ingress points. Tl; dr kept us dry. Breathed well for intense, medium duration active wear

I 'm 5' 8 and wear a large in most brands. I bought these in large and they fit great. I could probably wear a medium for a shorter, less baggy fit but I like that they are a bit baggy and longer. I wore these on a long day of walking all day in 95+ degree weather and they were so comfortable! I loved that I could unzip them a bit at the bottom of leg for airflow. They are so lightweight and soft. They 're great for travel too, worked well for a long day at the airport. Be aware that you will make some noise in these, that swish swish sound. I purchased these on a whim and have thrown out my other pants similar to these. The cut is nice and has a slight taper in the leg giving it a modern look. The material stretches and I have not noticed any wear after several washes. I am usually tough on clothing and these show no sign of abuse. The transit pants are a step- up in fashion compared to the standard Ferrosi pants. Granted I 'm not a fashion master as my wife reminds me but these are versatile enough to wear climbing or to work. They do n't have the zipper thigh pocket but as I mentioned this gives them a slightly more formal look and fit. Obviously it goes without saying that they are comfortable, stretchy and lightweight like the entire Ferrosi line. Sometimes the Ferrosi line is known to pill but I have n't noticed any yet after a couple of months wear.

But what I love about them is that the fully separating zippers allow me to don and doff them without the need to tak my boots off and on. Amazing pants. Have worn these on the John Muir Trail the last two years. Great slightly baggy fit that breath really well and don ’ t bind on the knees when having to step up large rocks. Highly recommend after having worn for multiple trips and after having tried many other brands, these pants are my go to. Also wearing the Trail Sender shirt after being so happy with these. Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. First, the best thing about the previous version is the ultra lightweight ripstop fabric and how well it performs in hot weather- the only comparable pants I ’ ve found in weight are the Patagonia Terrebonne joggers, and these are somehow feel even cooler in hot( 90+ F) humid weather. The new 2024 version feels like it has the same fit, but improves on some annoyances from last year: 1. The waistband is slightly elastic, which is more comfortable from previous near 0 stretch 2. The pockets are deeper and the zip pocket has been moved from the front thigh to the side hip. This is a big improvement where your phone no longer barely fits in the pocket or runs up against your hipbone when sitting 3. The construction feels higher quality and more premium. Too early to tell on how durability will compare but definitely feels like it ’ ll perform better Very happy with all the changes made!

The pants have a perfect amount of stretch, which makes them comfortable during a day on the trail, and when relaxing around camp afterward. The zippered legs come off and on easily, and the adjustable drawstring at the ankle allows you to cinch it up around your boot to help keep 6- 8 legged critters and trail debris out of your shoes. I like them, and they look good with my Scout leader uniform too. I went with the Morel color, as the Verde was a little too green for my tastes.
