I like that it stretches, I like the buttons( I 'm not into snaps, too many wardrobe malfunctions), I like that it reaches my wrists( I have a 5' 7 '' wingspan), and I like that I feel good wearing it. I 've pulled snaps out on technical fabric like this, which sucks more than the inconvenience of making sure a button is pushed through. This review is left on first impressions, so I have n't tested it in hot or sunny conditions yet. Based on my first impressions, I would n't hesitate to wear this regardless of what activities I have planned for the day. Golfing, biking, hiking or hanging out at the beach, you 'll look good doing it although you 'll probably need a new one after a crash.

I got this because I was looking for a lightweight long sleeve outdoor button up. This did not disappoint! It's so smooth, and cooling against your skin, and very lightweight! The fabric is really high quality and I find very flattering for my shape. Also, it's really a nice shirt so you can wear it indoors for other occasions. Got this to replace a 25+ year old Nike ACG baselayer that is still wearable. I bought this for it's slick and soft material, color( I love brighter colored base layers) raglan shoulder sleeves and OR's size/fit. This is actually my first OR top I 've ever purchased and I am so happy that the fit is perfect in the body/torso and sleeve length. For reference, I weigh 123 and wear an 8- 10 or sm- medium in a shirt. This shirt runs a little large. The small fits best although the medium is not overly large. This is not a fitted style shirt. The pocket at the hip fits an ID and the chest pocket would fit a smaller phone but it does n't fit my iphone X.

I work for the Depart of Food& Ag and spend most of my day in the field surveying& inspecting insect traps. This shirt with the extra pockets near the waste is amazing. Easy click buttons are nice, BUT, they have unspaped a few times if the shirt gets caught on something. I suppose I would rather have the shirt buttons un- latch than have the shirt itself tear. '' I throw pottery on a wheel, do a bit of woodworking, and hike, and these transition beautifully from casual wear to need- moisture- wicking work/play clothes and regulate my squirrelly body temperature amazingly well. Really love the neckline on the Tech Lite II( still gives coverage on the pottery wheel, but far more flattering and comfortable a fit than the higher crew necks on the other tees). Length gives great coverage, also- just right without reveal. I am more often a small than a medium, but was a solid medium here- the usual bit of shrink of wool during washing was just enough to make it a perfect fit. The price is higher than cotton tees, obviously, but they are well made, a treat to wear, and seem to last, so I purchase a couple now and then and replenish as needed. Body style is lovely, some shape but still loose enough for comfort and a more flattering `` fit. '' Would really love it if they brought back the dark charcoal color, and some more darker, subtle, maybe even heathered colors( The lighter, like all tees, shows more sweat stains eventually, at least for me, and I 've never cared for pastel/easter egg brights). Holding up well through many wearings and washings, thank you so much!

[ Just reviewed the long sleeve base layer, and like both of these tops. Since it is still winter in Colorado, I have been wearing the short sleeve T- shirt on the 65 degree days we sometimes have. I also like to wear the men's as opposed to the ladies for the looser fit.

I 've tried several sun shirts of different brands and majority feel clammy and make me feel hot in the sun. Not this shirt! The material is thin, breathable and very soft on your skin. I actually prefer the quarter zip version over the MH hoody due to the bottom hem design( hoody has a draw string at the bottom which I do n't care for). This shirt also has better neck protection for me since I always wear a wide brim hat when I hike and I would n't use the hood. And I really appreciate having quarter zip to allow more air through. I 'd love to have more solid color options.

Absolutely love this product. I bought this for hiking as I 've had skin cancer. It is so light weight that I am now also wearing it when riding my mountain bike in the summer. I want 10 more! Please just make more colors. I also love the thumb hole as it keeps the sun off my hands when hiking.
