I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy — it ’s pretty basic — but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. I ’ ve had no issues riding for extended periods, and the seat feels supportive without being too hard or too soft. The resistance feels smooth when adjusting, though I ’ ll admit the lowest level is a little tougher than I expected. It ’s still manageable, but if you ’ re a total beginner, you might feel it right away. One small thing I noticed is that the pedals feel a bit wider than what I ’ m used to on a regular road bike. Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. The bike is very quiet when pedaling so it can be situated in any room available. Overall, A+ so far.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason.
