[ This product was a godsend! I ’ ve been having neck, shoulder, and back problems for a few years now from having such a physically demanding job. While my upper back pain is manageable, my lower back is a nightmare to deal with. Just a few minutes with the venom 2 and my pain was melting away. If the price was lower I would buy one for everyone in my family for the holidays, but the best I can do is just highly recommend it to them.

This has a nice wide band with velcro that will fit any waist size, it offers pulse and full massage to loosen muscles and provides heat as well. My husband is on his feet all day for work and he ca n't wait to put this on when he arrives home. We live on a farm and I am out feeding animals and lifting hay and water buckets daily and this helps my lower back as well. It gives a complete relaxing relief feeling to his back after a long day. Very high quality materials and is nice and heavy duty yet light enough to keep on for an extended time. Great design that does a wonderful job.

[ Got this about a week ago and me and my husband love it! Works amazingly! I love that it heats up and vibrates. Helps with my lower back pain and hip pains! Also it helps my husband back and he can take it on the go while he works! I highly recommend!

[ This is a great heating and massaging belt. It warms up right away. You don ’ t have to wait for it to heat up. I could I left this in all day. I would definitely recommend this to people who have back issues.

[ The Venom 2 is amazing! It fits like a weightlifting belt, so it covers a good portion of your back. It comes with different outlet attachments, so you can charge it no matter where you ’ re at in the world. Has Bluetooth and holds a charge for about three hours. Heats up fast! Massage times out in about ten minutes, but no big deal to turn it back on real quick. We ’ ll definitely get a lot of use out it!

I was surprised at how much it worked on my hamstrings too. It definitely was good for my glutes too. Those with larger glutes will want to start on a lower strength and build up.

This new design, though, is all- in- one — no hookups required — just turn it on and you 're off! I live in the mountains and do a lot of snowboarding, hiking, and taking my dogs out, so recovery is huge for me. I love coming home to this machine and can genuinely feel a difference in reduced swelling and improved circulation. Sometimes I even use it while I ’ m working at the computer editing photos and videos!

[ Wow! This was my first time using compression therapy for my hips and I genuinely feel a difference. After two hip surgeries, I thought feeling dull soreness for days after intense workouts was going to be the new normal to me, but this recovery device has significantly decreased the recovery time I need. I use it conjunction with cold therapy( ice packs) and rolling out. Usually after runs and workouts, but I 'm interested in starting to use it for pre- workout warm ups. I love how easy it is to use and how compact it gets to fit in the storage bag. The charge lasts a long time! So I can see myself traveling with this for races. My dad used it too and he's been having hip pain from sitting for too long. He swears he feels a difference too and steals it from me everyday. Because I have n't used a device like this before, I was a little lost on what settings to use. I tried to connect it to the app but could n't find this device( probably because it's so new) so I just put it on the lowest setting. I wish it came with a guide on which settings to use!

[ I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review… and here it is. If you bike or sit in a desk chair every day, I think this is an essential piece of kit. I suffer from tight hips and these really were a huge quality of life improvement. I used these primarily post work out and bike ride but would also throw them on after a long work day relax and release the built- up tension from sitting all day. If you are training hard or just a weekend warrior, I think these will up your game. The improved recovery time kind of seems like cheat code. My only two wishes are 1) if they were just ever so slightly more powerful that would be awesome. I found I primarily used them in the highest setting 2) I wish I had these earlier. They really are a game changer.
